Unless you're buying in bulk I find the extra postage costs don't make it any cheaper than buying on site
  2. I'm not sure I'd class him as a shop in the traditional sense, more like he's buying guns on the cheap to sell for a exorbitant price. As for them being new, I'll take that with a big pinch of salt.
  3. Multiple access routes. Games turning a stalemate because nobody can move forward and there's no way of flanking or taking alternative routes get boring fast, especially if that choke point means one person can keep an entire team pinned in one spot
  4. Oops, my mistake
  5. IIRC P90 high caps have a reputation for feeding badly. Can you post pictures of the magazine?
  6. I agree it's not a new thing but it seems to be happening more recently. The part that makes me laugh is that often the shop's price tag is clearly visible in the photo (which is clearly taken on the shop counter)
  7. Recently I've noticed ads appearing in the classifieds for guns and gear where the seller is a store trying to pass as a private sale. What are others thoughts on this? It may just be me being cynical, but personally I think it's a bit of a dick move as the shop can get away with no giving any kind of warranty or after sales support and puts me off buying anything from them.
  8. It might help if you posted in the right place https://airsoft-forums.uk/classifieds/category/17-guns-wanted/
  9. Don't forget the £15 postage and the 370 fps making it unusable at any site
  10. I thought you can. I've deliberately not signed up as I know I'd just end up getting banned for calling muppets out on their ridiculous prices
  11. I always take the words "easy fix" to mean it's fucked. If it really is an easy fix then why not do it yourself? This would increase its value and the number of people interested
  12. I don't think it was a hacked account. It was their only post
  13. Well that's certainly a new one. Waiting 5 years to spam the forum and doing it in a 9 year old thread?
  14. I do security at empty buildings where they can't find a buyer or new tenants so the higher ups would probably be happy if I burnt the place to the ground. And before anyone says it, yes I have looked into seeing of they'd allow airsoft games ?
  15. I don't care how rare or limited edition it is, £50 for a patch is taking the piss
  16. I'm guessing that either the battery or charger were faulty as batteries don't spontaneously burst into flames for no reason. Batteries should be regularly inspected and binned if damaged or puffy. I charge my batteries at work as it's free electricity and if the worst case senario does happen then it's not my house going up Exactly. While we all post about what should be done I'm sure we're all guilty of cutting corners at some point.
  17. Welcome. Good to see someone else here with a love of things that go boom
  18. Unfortunately alot of it will depend on the brand but here goes. Knowing who the manufacturer is makes a big difference for some items 3 pairs of camo gloves £15 each 1 pair of black gloves £15 each 1 pair of black shorts no idea sorry 2 pistol holsters £10 for the hard plastic one, a few quid less for the other one 1 speed loader with bb’s £5 maximum 1 long sleeve real tree t shirt xl £10 1 black bucket hat £5 1 camo snood £5 2 green helmets depends on the make 1 camo jacket size 180 £10 1 pair camo trousers size 180 £10 1 camo flack vest depends on the make 1 army surplus magazine belt depends on make
  19. If you're removing the sight then changing the mounts then you're going to need to rezero the sight.
  20. Just make sure you've got enough empties to finish the job ?
  21. Never had any tech work done by them but I've bought from them a few times and have no complaints
  22. I think you're right. Higher cost of materials, less demand and economies of scale all add to the higher prices. One other thing that probably doesn't help is the extra weight will send shipping costs up.
  23. Well at least it's not teabagging
