Not bought pyro from taggin directly, however i have used a couple of the tag rounds, great fun 😃 Also i think i started a craze at my local site of using the AFG-6 frag grenade... i used them a couple of times between lockdowns, and suddenly i se more and more people using the same grenades. They certainly grab peoples attention, and are great fun... but expensive. That said, i bought a box of 50 from airsoftworld.com and i still have PLENTY left to use when we are allowed out to play XD

i have a few unskirmished guns acquired over the past year... northeast sten mk2. bought from classifieds here. took it to a field once, but had issues with gas efficiency on the range so it never made it onto the field... spoke to northeast and they sent me a weaker recoil spring and replacement nozzle and it now shoots entire mag without running away Marushin Mateba bought two actually... one is the collectors edition ghost in the shell edition, so will never be used on a field... the other one though is a 6mm version and is intended as a CQB backup weapon... now i just need to get a holster for it (will have to drop @HuttArmouries a line) and put together a Togusa cosplay... At the moment though i wont need a mullet wig... being unable to get a haircut in lockdown means im not far off being able to style my hair into a mullet. Tippmann m4v2 animal of a gun, only been test fired in my garden, and cant wait to field it. i suppose my nuprol pioneer defender could also count, as i have replaced the hop unit for one with a built in tracer unit and then flat hopped it, but havent been able to use it in anger since the upgrades. and while it has been skirmished, i have an ARES WA2000 that has only had about 200 rounds through it, 90% of which were at home trying to bed the hop rubber in before i take it out to a game once lockdown is over.

Dont be so hard on the gun. I run a nuprol pioneer defender and i have only done 4 mods to it, spending a grand total of about £80 (including postage) over the course of a year and it shoots great. 1. Prometheus purple hop bucking 2. M105 spring (gets it shooting at approx 330-340 on .2s) 3. Maxx hop unit with built in tracer (didnt really need to change the hop unit as stock one worked well... i just didnt want a tracer unit screwed onto the end of the barrel, but wanted to use tracers in cqb) 4. Flat hop mod (again, unnecessary. but didnt cost much to do, just a couple of quid for a new hop arm nub, and gave me something to do one weekend over lockdown when also fitting hop unit) All the other internals are completely stock, and when i rebuilt the gun i worked to eliminate any air leaks (streched piston o ring over cylinder, teflon tape to seal nozzle etc) and i dont see need to replace them until they break, and even then im in no rush as i have backup guns. If you do mods 1 and 2, plus sealing any points that could leak air (srandard on ANY aeg) then you will have a pretty great gun... plus as @Lozart has stated, you can also add external mods to change the look of the guns appearance Are there better guns out there from stock... yes But if you mod your nuprol, it will compete with all of them, plus you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you have built (or rebuilt if you prefer) your gun yourself, rather than just buying a gun off the shelf, slapping a battery and bbs in it and going off to play .. for me the "built/modded it myself" aspect is part of the fun This is true... always good to have a backup... *looks at his arsenal* Or eight

and i thought MY garden wasbd... lol he doesnt. hes a prat... this is the same man that manages to fuck up using a zipline... so how can anyone trust him to run a country? maybe, maybe not.. we will never know.. but personally i dont think they could have done much worse sorry to hear that. hopefully they get better soon truer words have never been spoken before yes we can, dammit... wether we can be CALLED adults is a different story though but we can still claim to be adults XD

actually, yes, it is... if the universities (and schools) were kept closed, and lessons/lectures done online, then the students wouldn't be forced together, away from home and any support from immediate families, essentially locked in the prison of their dorms.... i don't blame the students for wanting to try and relieve the stress and boredom of uni life during this pandemic... especially when students are essentially being ordered to return to uni of be kicked out. (this happened to a friend of mine currently going through uni whose hall-of-residence was fenced in behind the same fencing seen around building sites, and once on site they were not allowed to even go to the shops to get food, having to rely on whatever slop the uni fed them... they wouldn't make exceptions, even though my friend has specific dietary requirements that mean they have to be careful what they eat... they did mention it to me before, but i don't recall the name) and on the subject of schools... i completely disagree with opening the schools at the expense of other parts of the country... one kid gets exposed and carries the virus to his class of 20-40 kids (plus all the other classes in the playground), that kid then plays as normal because they dont understand the need to keep distanced, suddenly you have waves of infected kids going back home and spreading it to their parents, who then pass it along to their workplace as they are unlikely to show symptoms and suddenly boris is crying about a rise in cases schools should be the LAST places to open.. and i am in a similar position... while im not on minimum wage.. i was dismissed from my job last year due to the fact that there wasnt enough work for everone... and it took me three months to get into a new job... and even taking a payment holiday on my mortgage, i was still forced to take out a credit card to give me even a chance of keeping my house etc... so there is no way in hell that i would be able to survive off SSP, so until someone forces me at gunpoint to take a test and isolate if its positive, i have no choice but to keep working, or im out on the streets. hell this past week i have been flogging as much as i can on ebay to try and give me some extra money to help my finances recover... so i need every shift, plus as much overtime as i can get to help get me back in the black

glad the gun arrived safely for you alphabear 😃 and yes, that full auto really is insane... i definately want to be able to get out playing again, as i have just bought my black AAP-01 a stock and AW drum mag.... need to get some rounds through its barrel in anger =P BTW... how many of you guys got a manual with your AAP? i didnt get one with either my black pistol (that came from WGC shop) or the FDE one that now belongs to @AlphaBear that came from onlyairsoft in stevenage

hey... nothing wrong with nuprols. i grant you that they are not top-of-the-line rifles, but they perform well out of the box. nothing wrong with my nuprol pioneer defender, i only changed the hop unit so that i could run tracer BBs at CQB sites with an inernal tracer unit, as opposed to using a suppressor type tracer (that would have lengthened the barrel)

Who? I play at two RIFT airsoft sites, and they do mention it in their briefings to aim for the torso if its available, but that a head in a window is fair game if thats all you can see of the enemy... They also state in the briefing that theres a "no run from grenades" rule too... i think other sites should operate that rule too.. to save the frustration of the enemy sprinting away from a good grenade placement to be outside the kill radius, wasting your grenade and your money... (Im a little biased though, as i use the yellow TAG hand grenades.. that work out about £5 per bang)

i have one, but havent had a chance to field the gun due to lockdowns... ok, so which one would be best to improve accuracy and rang on an AAP-01, nd what hop rubber would work best with it? (thinking of adding to a list of parts i want/need to buy for the time when the gun breaks or requires a new barrel... whichever comes first)

what the hell are the I-key and H plates everyone is talking about? never heard of them before... as for what i am running in my AAP.... both are totally stock internally, but my black one has has the rail sets and folding stock added to it. will need some money at the end of this month to put my car through its MOT, so i may be putting the tan one up for sale over the weekend (never even been fired, let alone taken to a game) now that you mention it.... *looks again* no, you arent the only one well, im happy with my Glock 26C thats WE... and im also ordering a pair of black lagoon beretta m92s as well... cant say i have ever really had issues with the glock

maybe thats true, but as long as they arent as much of a dick as KM, then the rest of the community will come to their defense and shut the toxic lot down.. one way or another. personally i think the only reason they have survived so long is that very few airsofters are willing to step up and defend KM. i would like to think that if the target was anyone else, that there would be many more people stepping up to defend their fellow airsofters from the toxic elements lol. i thought you stormtroopers had stronger stomachs than that =P

TBH, i dont think its as much of an issue about filming, as once peoples helmets and eye/face protection is on, its almost impossible to identify anyone (not completely impossible, but close enough) wheras in other public places people can be identified because their faces can be seen. that's just my personal thoughts, and i may be wrong with regards the law. personally i dont give a damn if i appear in peoples videos as its part of the game as far as im concerned. just as long as the footage isnt edited to slander other people to inflate the uploaders own ego and spread lies. *looks squarely at KM and the now infamous "hitmarker analysis" vid* TBH if everyone speaks up and says they dont want to become pawns in KMs videos, then he will have to leave his cameras at home... no KM cameras = no footage = no videos = no more lies = no more dramas on youtube/FB etc = no youtube revenue = good riddance KM = bye bye KM expose group and their toxic leader edit: oops.. forgot to quote

Not exactly... If you have your firearms certificate and the appropriate security, then you can keep your firearms lockes at your house. Only exceptions to that (for firearms) are Section 7 (pistols) and section 5 firearms that are otherwise illegal (such as machine guns... which can only be held by people that have been thrloroughly vetted by the home office) So if i were to have my section 1 FAC, and own, for example, a lee enfield, then i can keep it at my house in an appropriate gun safe, and with the ammo locked away seperatly. I can then take it to a shooting range, sign it in to say its being used there (along with any extra checks that may be required by the gun range themselves), and at the end of the day take it home again and lock it away. As long as the gun is kept in a case during transport, and the ammo kept in a seperate case, there is no issue in carrying it to the gun range to use.
