I'm not sure about the transferable warranty.... but for me I'd not pay stupid money for a 2nd hand RIF regardless of the upgrades coz there is no guarantee it will pop down the road... these pews pews are all mechanical and subject to failure... period. If you're gonna spend good money on upgrades with either do it yourself and then you have no one to blame or get an experienced well known specialist to do it for you and the warranty sits with them (as long as you don't open the gearbox).

Well some important points to take comment here. 1. pineapple on pizza? If you live in Hawaii I’m sure it’s very popular there. However chicken on pizza that’s entirely different. I mean who does that? Pineapple and Ham kinda works. But chicken. You may as well have a chicken BLT! 2. 2nd hand guns and upgrades. That’s a contentious point and I’m sure will be open for much debate. Two of my guns are with KoA having work done to them. Regardless of what it’s cost me, I know for sure that I’ll never get a reasonable return back if I ever sell them. But for me that’s not an issue coz I’ve no plans to sell them. Like my Systema they are keepers.

This is so true which is why none of my guns are painted... Once that's done no matter how good it is the gun will surely lose value unless the buyer is a Camo junkie himself.. (meant in the nicest possible way...)

Grabbed a VIPER VX buckle-up plate carrier from a member here a couple of weeks back. Used it on the woodland game on Sunday.. I have to say, it worked well.. Yes its not the same quality as my WAS RICAS or the Osprey Mk4 vests but you know what it worked well and I can't fault it... Used it with 3x7.62 Osprey sniper pouches to carry 6 mags on the front. It has a zipped pouch for your keys and other bits.. May just get a Viper Elite battle belt to match it up onto which I can Molle on more stuff!

OMG, I still have a Classic Army MP5 upper which I planned to swap out with the Marui's upper as that was plastic or polymer. I may even get out the TM RAS and give it a spin and see if it still works after all this time... Oh yes DPM in those days, Solider 95 and of course as @rj1986 said those who ran all in Black... and they were so easy to spot in woodland!.

Talking of the old days, when the recoils first came out, Eagle6 were the first to stock them. The biggest issue at the time was getting hold of the SOPMOD battery and that at the time was £79.99!!! E6 then created there own version of it by stripping out the TM cells which were low capacity and replacing them with a 7.4v 3200Mah Lipo... That baby cost £119.99!!! I kid you not...
