Finger on the trigger, but the hammer isn't back..."hold on a second while I pull over and use the hand I've been steering with to rack this, so I can shoot you!"
-
So on the TM G26 and a few other older models (actually the AAP-01 does this too), the trigger doesn't sit back when pulled on empty. I've noticed that Guarder have fixed this in their complete lower for the G26, but does anyone know which part affects this? ie is it the hammer assembly, trigger lever, trigger spring?
-
Does anyone have one of these? They look interesting, are cheap atm and seem to share some internals with TM spec guns. Are they at least half-way decent though?

NEW AAP-01 pistol won't fire/ loose trigger
Cr0-Magnon replied to Barefoot's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
Can you separate the two halves (mag out, hold the button in on the back and pull apart from the front) and take a photo of the bottom half? It's likely something very simple/cheap to fix. -

This was only fitted to the RIF for a short time, so has plenty of life left in it. It's a good halfway point between being sleek and offering a decent amount of battery space either side of the tube. Should fit most AEG's but I won't accept a return if it's not a good match for yours. Just reason and common sense 🤷 Stated price includes PayPal fees and postage. Please ask any questions via PM as I do not get notifications for anything added to the listing.£25

I bought myself one of these the other day and as someone who'd never buy a Vorsk pistol, I have to say it seems really good so far. Obviously I can't speak for the longevity and that is of course important but it's snappy (despite the somewhat spongey trigger), doesn't spew gas on every shot and shoots super-consistently at 335 - 345 on a 0.20g (I haven't played around with the hop yet). You even get a spare nozzle in the package, although yeah hopefully I don't need it anytime soon. It really does seem like a KWA in a modern polymer shell.

Doesn't sound like much of an upgrade 😬

You definitely haven't mixed your BB's?

This package from Firesupport would be £200 posted, so you may get around £140 posted. It just depends on how quickly you want to sell. The lower you list it, the more likely people are going to go for it. Some people would rather pay that extra £60 to have everything brand new and with a warranty. Again if it's not selling after that, drop to £130, £125, £120.....

Check online for the lowest new price, then list at 70% of that (you will have to swallow the Paypal fees), if it doesn't sell then reduce incrementally.

Anyone here got one? How are you getting on with it? I'm tempted to pick one up, but despite being advertised as "modular" there seems to be limited aftermarket parts, so I'm seeing it more as they're selling an incomplete gun. Adding a handguard kit, stock and and spare mag, it's coming in around £400 delivered. You can get an MWS for £420 🤔

When I Google "Vorsk Hi-Capa" the first search result takes me to one which is £150. That website also sells the TM 5.1 for the same price. Most people purchasing them want something they can reliably skirmish, sometimes even as a primary. So I can only deduce that it must be the plain naïve and the "TM's are overrated, they're not even full-metal" crowd, choosing the Vorsk.

TM pistols are designed to hop 0.20's, I've always found simply replacing the hop rubber for a 50 degree Flamingo enables me to hop 0.28's at about 2/3 setting. If that doesn't work, look at sourcing a stronger hop arm/creating more pressure on top as that will be the main factor. You shouldn't need to replace the entire unit.

Sounds great @Lowe! Funnily enough I have the same problem as your son, although I'm the other way around, so I've had to get used to shooting right-handed. I did order one from Socom Tactical, but they called me to say that the OD is out of stock and that's a deal-breaker for me unfortunately. I'm sure I'll pick one up at some point. I've heard the mags can be annoying, dumping 20 BB's because of the position of that little tab. Did you have any issues?

This hasn't been skirmished in the few months I've owned it. So it's in excellent overall, which I've tried to capture in the photos. Below is the description from a retailer: The new GEN3 Lancer Tactical series offers the same characteristics as the Proline series by combining a Gen2 Series Polymer body and an ETU NEBULA programmable electronic trigger, making it one of the most versatile and powerful products on the market! Thanks to its new Nebula V2 ZION Arms electronic trigger with magnetic sensor, this replica is extremely regular when firing (2-3 fps difference on average) and generates a rate of fire of between 23 and 25 shots per second (depending on the battery used), with several firing modes: semi, semi only, full auto, burst 2-3-4-5 shots and binary! If it's not going to be used for airsoft skirmishes, you can pick up a Weihrauch HW30 air rifle for less than £200. Infinity more accurate than any airsoft rifle and will last long enough to be handed down through generations.

Can no-one really come up with a way to reliably get closer to 300fps out of an AEP?
-
So they it wasn't a warning to keep an eye out for your batteries getting puffy?
-
We don't want none of that now do we, removed 👍 I'll go for this bellowing out when I try to throw a grenade and it inevitably bounces off a tree, back to my own team....
-
Ahh I meant nothing political by it, I don't pretend to even know the full-meaning. Just a catchy tune 🤷
-
Just thought this might be at least mildly amusing... While I am strongly against those annoying people (let's face, it mostly Gen. Zer's) blasting out tunes in the safezone, or perhaps even more egregiously during a game. Which songs would you score your day with and bonus points for describing the scene. No tryhards saying something cringeworthy like "Drowning Pool -Bodies" (unless you're describing how your old bones collapse when you get home 😆)
