I usually only buy the .25 G&G bbs, but I've never had an issue with them. The only time I get misfeed with them, is actually a mag problem.

Anyone bought from these folks recently? Recommend?
-
Is that a grenade launcher?! Looks like madness! 🤣
-
I've bought many bits... probably don't need all of them, but handy to have spares since they will fit both my AEGs 🙂 Also, shims, o-rings and various pots of grease and lube! Now looking forwards too them all turning up, learn a lot about putting it all in a tiny space, testing and hopefully making my Recce work much better than it ever has from new!

One of @Trojax88's work colleagues made it for him. I've got a little cubone one, made by the same person 😆

Yay another biker!!

@Trojax88's arrived this morning They are rather nice patches! So @Trojax88 has ordered us some more
-
Yup. I cannot abide by the " oh they will be here in a few weeks" line that keeps getting repeated. Not answering emails or FB messages (You can see they have been read...) is plain ignorance and is possibly the reason that you need to keep phoning them as it is pretty much always engaged.

Update: So my order was placed on the evening of the 15th august for a rifle that was marked as in stock and ready for dispatch. Phone call from them on the 16th to say sorry, but it is actually on back order. Should arrive in 2-3 weeks, did I want to wait and they would sort out a free gift or something as a sorry, or did I want a refund. I said I would wait, only if they knew there were definitively getting them in in that time frame. "Yes, they should definitely be here by then" Fast forward 3 weeks... They have ignored my various emails and Facebook messages asking for an update, so I phoned them this afternoon. No apology and barely let me speak on the phone. Simply kept repeating "there are loads of folk waiting on A&K goods, they wont be here for around 2 -3 weeks" I've asked for a refund, which apparently can take 3-5 days to come through. I doubt I will use them in future.

It is indeed the stubby 1873 @Rogerborg I'm inclined to believe the 2-3 week wait is genuine. I had asked my local shop about getting me one in, but they said a 3 week wait as this shipment is still in HK. I am assuming this is the same shipment that Extreme Airsoft are waiting on... So we'll see. I'm in no real rush for it, but if they have not got back to me with an update by week 2 (or 3 depending on how generous I'm feeling) it's getting cancelled and my local will get one in for me - as I have made clear to them in my email.

So far I'm having a mixed experience with them too... Bought a new gun through them as they were showing as having it in stock. They phoned me the day after to apologise and said it was actually on back order and would not be in the UK for another 2-3 weeks. Rather annoyingly they only work during my working day, and phoning them at lunch time they are always out. So I have emailed them to say I will wait the couple of weeks, but if there is any delay to let me know. Not heard anything back 😕 Will update when I get the gun...

To be fair, that's the charger I've been using for a year now. Not had any problems with it so long as you follow the instructions to plug it in first, then the battery. I don't trust it enough for me to keep it out of sight when charging batteries, but then I don't think I would trust any airsoft battery charger for that.

I have a pair of scarpa mountain boots too. Really nice boots, but I find they pinch too much when I wear them for hours on end. Cohesive bandage is my go-to when my joints start playing up. Nice and flexible, breathable and supportive. It's magic stuff

Can't go wrong with the defenders! I love mine 😁
-
We've done a quick test in the house. Apparently I'm a bit muffled, but it's not awful. Will report back after a full scale test!
-
More covert Comms (well, more covert than shouting 😄) And possibly the most expensive and tiny bit of rubber/silicon/whatever I have ever bought. I'll get to test it, along with the ultra cheap, wider barrel tomorow 😁
-
Looking ace! You've got me thinking that I should wear my Los Pollos Hermanos Apron the next time we play a drug lord game
-
Patches are advertising at the end of the day. If you buy "things" from somewhere, thy give you the patch in the hope you wear it, and provide free advertising for them. Guns generally have a stamp, engravings, marks on them that act as advertising, so a patch is not required for the company to gain good advertising from you.
-
Why should they be giving out patches? You're buying a gun, not a goodie bag. 🙄
-
My ultra cheap barrel has arrived, in true Amazon prime fashion 🤣 It seems to be flawless internally and externally, however it does appear to be a 6.10 bore. So I guess I'll test the air cushion method of getting accuracy! Just need to find somewhere to do some test shots...

A barrel for £1.33 (including postage). It may be utter crap, but if so, I've not lost a lot 😅
-
I made a very red velcro board, as I have nowhere on my kit really to put the patches I seem to be collecting 😅
