Ideally less than £50 I'd say. Cheaper the better though.

That does look ace @Druid799! I'm liking the shorter and slimmer style ones like that, but they seem to be the expensive ones I dislike how high my current one sits on the rail, although having adjustable magnification has been good at seeing what I actually like (x3 or x4 I am finding useful - my distance eye sight sucks...)
-
Thanks, partly why I bought it was the stock. It's an RS2 stock, comes as standard on it.

Finally got the Recce shooting a decent range and predictable today. They now all go very slightly to the left, but no more pathetic range and very flaky accuracy! So I took a picture of it to mark the occasion Maybe time to get a scope I really like for it now...

From what I gather... The gun is expensive to start with, BTC-SPECTRE-V2's are like hens teeth and people regularly pay 2x what the RRP is on them - without fitting. Work by Sam - to some he is a TM god, other's are happy with work from else where. From what I have seen his work is ace though. So this could be trying to command a premium. Doesn't say if it has been rewired for normal lipo's. Without the mag's it does seem pricey to me. Probably close to what they paid in total for the work...

I'm in the NE of Scotland. So if you mean proper north to include Scotland, and not meaning the north of England... Viper Strike and Evolution Airsoft (an older site currently undergoing a rework) are both just north of Dundee. Both reasonably large outdoor sites. VSA is more an urban/scrubland site and has the better facilities of the two. Evolution is a very nice woodland site. Bunker 31 is just around Aberdeen, but I've not played there.

Love the colour of that @Ethon, enjoy!

Me too! They seem to have used them to pad the box a bit so stuff didn't rattle about. This is something I feel everyone should do now, rather than though air pocket things!

My Taiwan gun order arrived today! Mostly bb's but took a chance on the unbranded flash mag that looked suspiciously identical in the pictures to my nuprol one. On closer inspection, I don't think I can tell them apart (aside from nuprol written on one!) For half the price they are a bargain!

Didn't buy it, but made this last night. It's not perfect, a little rough around the edges but I'm pleased by it for my second attempt! It's passed the jumping around the kitchen stage so ready for a field test next game day

I bought another stupidly expensive bit of plastic. Hopefully this stops my wrist from hurting so much

Nice mood lighting!

Very nicely done @Iceni !

@RAZ0R @Gepard, I've been looking at the GeForce GTX 980 Ti and the 970. Swaying to the 980 TI for the extra cuda cores and bandwidth to be honest. Finding myself doing more and more video and photo editing where they would be useful. But for both, the prices are way over what they should be so I am loathed to pay for them right now. I normally don't have a problem with buying used, but GFX cards as easily abused, so I tend to buy them new, or at least with a used warranty. If I can get single stick of "ok" 8GB DDR4 ram at some point between now and October for less than £50, then I'll pick up either a i7-8700K or i5-8400, a new motherboard and a couple more WD 1TB drives to change the RAID to 5 and have a bit more space. Maybe treat myself to a super quick m.2 boot drive

Ooh pc people! My PC was designed to be quiet and low powered for it's performance. I keep meaning to pick up an Arctic Freezer CPU cooler, but the stock intel one is surprisingly good in this case. Aside from games it is used for light photo editing and lately is now doing video editing (slowly!). Processor : Intel i5 4460 3.2GHz Motherboard: Asus Z97-A RAM: 2x4GB HyperX Fury CL10 Graphics: Asus 2GB Geforce GTX 750Ti HDD: Boot Drive = 240GB SanDisk Ultra 2 Storage/backup = 2 x WD 1TB Green - RAID 1 Case: Coolermaster Silencio 652S PSU: Coolermaster VS 550W Semi-Mod This year is meant to be upgrade year for it. I was going to get a new graphic card for it, but with the prices through the roof for them right now I'm now looking for some decent price dd4 ram, and I'll just go new CPU/board/ram this year. With the hopes gfx card prices come down next year.

Cool, that's the same one I'm thinking of buying!

Which clone did you get @Wo1f? I got this cheap one of amazon. It came with its own mount (not mlok) , which it fits into fine. But a slight pull and it jumps out of the magpul one.
-
I am aiming to get rid of the clip on the sling, as I hate the way it rattles against the rail (they are both metal). I was just going to unpick the stitches and sew another qd swivel/clippy thing on, but the new one I bought doesn't fit right... and I've just notice the sling is begin to fray at the other end... so new sling time I think!
-
Bit the bullet and paid the silly price tag for a real magpul mlok swivel mount to replace my zip tie. Seems extortion for such a small part, but it does work and function very well. Now just need to decide on a new qd sling... Decisions decisions!
-
^^^ that's what I am slightly concerned about with mine... I do tend to sneak around in trenches and lay down on crests to hide from folk. Toying with not using the suppressor during outside games as I'm a bit scared of getting it caught on something and it bending/snapping off
-
How do you decide what to use?! I'm bad enough with two

Enjoy your new toys @LightningCh, seems like quite the haul you got there! My partner has one of these. Lovely looking thing, but by gum how heavy is it!
