  1. I don't want to start a discussion I'm just putting this here for anyone interested in seeing the difference so their messages are clearer to read. Your - Belongs to you Example: Your gear You're - Short for 'You are' Example: You're right There - Referring to a place Example: Lets go over there Their - Possession Example: Don't touch their RIF They're - Short for 'They are' Example: They're going to be surrounded Hope this helps clear things up a bit.
  2. Also check once in a while to make sure it hasn't sold. I've been in a conversation with a few people who just stop communicating without the decency to say its been sold.
  3. The going rate seems to be £299 so the price you had it for seems fair. It just a question of luck if a new player without UKARA wants to buy it.
  4. Generally its better to sell everything separately but of course its more work to take pics. You'll probably have more luck selling here as its more busy. Make sure to put things in the correct category and don't forget to include a paper with your forum name and date. EDIT: I see you listed it already but you did not include the paper with name and date. Best to add a pic with that so it doesn't get deleted. Good luck 👍
  5. Sorry, I can't help with the CYMA as I don't have one. You say you haven't bought it yet. Why not buy one with the rail already included? (They will all be compatible with your sight)
  6. I don't know how easy/hard it would be to add a rail to that one you linked. But there are many bolt action (spring) sniper rifles that come with a RIS rail https://www.patrolbase.co.uk/airsoft-sniper-rifle-all
  7. The width is the same between the two but the Weaver has narrower notches than RIS so if your scope has an indexer bolt it may not fit. https://www.targetbarn.com/broad-side/picatinny-rails-vs-weaver-rails/
  8. Most sites have a shop to buy extras.
  9. For me a perfect day of airsofting would be the same conditions as a perfect day for riding my motorcycle (part of the problem choosing between the two 🙄) Dry and sunny but not too hot. (Around 15-20c) Sadly now I can do neither
  10. I was happy with the performance of my Specna Arms Edge SA-E03 out of the box
  11. I doubt people on the forum would be a problem. The problem is bots that scan the internet for these kinds of things to exploit.
  12. Not generally a good idea to post your phone number on public access sites 😬

Might help if you say where collection would be...
  14. Thanks. They do seem a bit complicated for me tho
  15. Ah yeah, I know the manual way to release it. I'm looking into the Perun.
  16. Welcome ✋ Have a look HERE for sites near you. The usual advice is to rent for your first 3 games so you can then be registered with a UKARA number. (So you can buy realistic black toys Ooh-Er) it will give you a taste for the sport before spending too much money on toys and other things. You'll be able to meet others and ask questions. You'll be able to see shooty toys that other use to get a better idea what you'll want. ...and of course do LOADS of reading here on the forum as most questions have been answered so its just a case of searching 😉
  17. Sad news but he's at peace now
  18. Do a search for "is uk education left or right leaning" Maybe "extreme" is a bit much
  19. Its sad that our education system is under left influence but there is no gain trying to fight them directly. As stated by many above, its best to engage with the head and explain the situation calmly.
  20. I do wish AEGs had a decock feature to make sure they're not stored with the spring compressed.
  21. I have not seen that advice anywhere. There's a reason why ALL airsoft gearboxes use an ARL. Without it the gears will damage the piston rack and cause BB feed problems. I've seen some comments say you can use active breaking instead but this will burn out the motor very quickly.
  22. I can't think of anything that hasn't been done already 🤷‍♀️ Wow, I have no imagination 🙄
  23. Welcome ✋ That helmet link is far too expensive. Just search "fast helmet" and choose the cheapest option you like. As Emergenychimp said, a helmet isn't really necessary but can save your nogin from freak accidents like scratches from low branches or falling against a structure. Its much more important to get good eye protection and boots with ankle support.
