MP5k Boneyard - Trigger Release Question
mightyjebus replied to ruskitseller's topic in Electric Guns
The front and back of a K is different from a normal sized MP5. The mag catch should be the same. Hopefully the FS part will fit. -

Tokyo Marui Hk417 redone as a G27K. This took a bit of work but happy with the result. Parts list: TM HK417 NGRS with Titan, madbull inner barrel and 4uantum friction pro hop rubber and nub. Airsoft Artisan G27K handguard some random front sling loop thing Ultima industries HLOK side rails (74mm) 2 inch barrel extension as the Airsoft Artisan extension doesn't like the TM threads on the flash hider TM HK fat grip (I've got a real one here, just need to find it!) HAO HK curved trigger guard (need to paint) Ares HK flip up rear sight Freedom Art Hk417 sling mount VFC GBB Slim 417 stock heavily modified to fit the TM stock tube and take a lipo.

I've got my veterans card as I did 13 years in a organisation similar to being in the military, the RAF. If you did 1 day or 22 years the card is worth getting as you can get 1/3 off every train ticket out there for 30 quid a year. going back to the original post about Novichok, there does seem to be a high number of his airsoft parts in the 2nd hand market which kind of suggests people buy them and aren't exactly happy with their purchase.

GBB VFC stock will fit but it is tight. CYMA won't fit.

If Glock have found a way to force TM to stop producing Glocks then I'd imagine HK will be interested in how they did it as well.

Star L1A1 with EnglishKiwi 3D printed (SLS) L2A2. Gave the L2 a lick of paint, a couple of labels and a bit of weathering to make it seem a bit aged.

a couple of games so far. if you are worried about a bb strike then go a bit macgyver and add some black card between the rail and the battery. the card should take the sting out of the bb before it hits the battery.

probably one for the A4 users as battery space will be a problem. https://www.octagonairsoft.com/product-page/fcw-kac-mp5-20mm-rail https://www.octagonairsoft.com/product-page/fcw-kac-ris-for-tokyo-marui-mp5-next-generation-ebb

What have you just 3d printed (for airsoft)
mightyjebus replied to sp00n's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
A couple of other things I've been working on. I got the EMG speedloader but battery size is limited so I knocked up a base that allows for a larger battery and somewhere to keep all the adapters otherwise I'll lose them in about 5 minutes. I also bought the WELL Rattler and didn't fancy using the PEQ box for the battery so I knocked up a longer rattler style handguard and added a 50mm barrel extension to allow for a saddlebag lipo to be contained inside the handguard. Original handguard is shown to show the size difference. -

Another day, another project. After getting messed around by JK Army I ended up buying a L85A3 MLOK rail directly from Angry Gun. This is getting fitted to a Ares L85A3 and obviously isn't a direct fit. I was going to chop up the Ares to make it work but since I have 3D printers, it seemed rude not to knock something up. Below is the 3D model. The V1 prototype is on the bottom and the original part on the top. V2 is in the printer now as I had to make some adjustments. Once I'm happy with the shape I'll start modding the 3D model to fit the Angry Gun rail. I also printed a very thin barrel band so that the Angry Gun gas block could be used. -
7.4 saddle bag lipo's fit
-
it comes with an arm brace so you could rock 2 of them for complete overkill. ROF on a 7.4 is stupidly fast and the 600 round mags will last about a minute. each barrel has an adjustable hop as well so it's well designed and pretty rock solid. Only crapish part is the stock is loose and could have done with the arms being a slight bit thicker to get rid of the wobble. It's stupid and I like it

yup, its their mini mini gun
-
for those that might be interested the 5KU monolithic rail kit is a drop in fit and gives the MP5 more rail space.

What have you just 3d printed (for airsoft)

to go with the Magul style handguard I was asked to knock up a suppressor that could take a Acetech Brighter S or C and use the TM supplied trilug adapter. -

Was asked to knock up a Magpul style MP5 handguard as the real thing seems to be out of stock everywhere. It's not an exact copy but close enough I think. Top one is printed smooth in ABS and the bottom one in PLA using the Bambu labs fuzzy setting. -

bit of a round robin of airsoft retailers to buy some bits. CT25 from Zeroone as it was cheap due to the closing down sale. EMG loader from BZ as I'm lazy this fills all my mags without any problems new impact from JD which is lightweight compared to others I've used. -
PGC made a gearbox that fitted these with a bit of mod. It might also take a A&K or similar M249 gearbox with a little work. It will be full steel most likely so it might appeal to someone looking for something a bit more durable that the AK version. As tackle said it's hard to price anywhere from £200 to £600 depending on how much someone wants a solid M60
