I'm in Cumbria so after trying NSC (I was working in Alnwick for a few months) I really enjoyed that site but I'm back in the lakes now so dirtydog was my closest that's open on a Sunday. Try out NSC if you're north of Newcastle and don't mind woodland. I'm going to try all arms and adrenaline airsoft next. You should still go and try dirtydog for yourself, I'd never try to deter anyone from going even though I've had a bad experience. You might go on a "good day" and love it.

My day at dirtydog in Shildon (NE England). I need to point out that I hate moaning about sites & players but this place became too much for me, or in a word..shit. Cheating players everywhere. The Marshall brief was below par when compared to other sites. - also worth noting that for the amount of players attending there was not enough Marshall to instil discipline and keep watch on the non hit takers. I accidentally shot some poor chap in the grid (he only had his head on display) on full auto from 30m away as I thought I was in an area which I was allowed to do so. However "the Village" spans well beyond the buildings that make up the village and even up the far embankments (which in an early game full auto was permitted) so I was confused but apologised immediately to the other player, twice just incase he didn't hear me. Then some muppet threw a mk5 at me from 15 m away, I saw it mid flight and ran back 5 m then slid approx 10m down the steep embankment and once it detonated I shouted "no kills". The other player shouted " bushes don't count as hard cover", I said "does 15m down an embankment count" sarcastically and he said "no". I continued playing and shot him but he didn't call his hit so I walked away and attacked another part of the village. I reported the cheating twats to a Marshall but he seemed uninterested to deal with it. I would have happily accepted a ban over a time period for full auto'ing that guy even though the rules were vague at best I felt shit once he called for it. I called my hits, I complied with MED's and all other rules through the day but others couldn't which pissed me off. The search continues for a decent site that's not 2hrs+ away. RANT CLOSED

Update: Test shots provided me with confidence that even without upgrading it would be capable of tight groups. But... I bought a zci barrel and maple leaf macaron bucking from ak2m4 on here, fitting them took 10 mins including cleaning up the inner barrel prior to installation. The results are better than stock (back garden tests) however I will have to wait until tomorrow to see the real difference at its first gameday at dirtydog airsoft (never played here before so im hoping for good things). 332-335 on 0.20bb (20 test shots) If it's dire then il have the Ssg10 A3 & mk23 to play with instead.

I'm in the same position. I have a helikon tmr which is great but limited to 4x556 mags so I'm having to research a shooter belt setup to accommodate my other mags and "lightweight" kit.

I made two separate orders with novritsch in at the end of June, both over the £135 threshold and both didn't arrive within the first week but the first parcel that came via DHL arrived within 3 weeks and the other which was with UPS arrived 3 weeks later. I did make at least 6 phone calls and emails to UPS as this parcel was "lost in transit" for 2 weeks. I contacted novritsch and Jennifer was pretty helpful and she did all the leg work with ups and a few weeks later it arrived. I wouldn't deter in from ordering from them unless I could buy the same items from uk.

New arrivals. G&G sr15 e3 mod2 knights armament and Novritsch SSG10 A3. The PEQ's 3m velcro adhesive sticker won't adhere on the rubber switch so I'm looking for ways to attach it to the top rail. Just incase the stock barrel and hop aren't up to the job (SR15) I've ordered a barrel and bucking from @ak2m4@ak2m4.

Thanks for the reply I bought that many because 1) theyre very cheap , 2) everything's going up in price and 3) I run 7 mags. If they don't work with any of my guns then 6 of them will be sold/or returned for refund as new and 1 sold as used. I'm all sorted. Buy it now or price boom.

7 x 150rnd Battleaxe mags arrived today from patrol base and 4 x g&g g2 THERMOLD mags should arrive by the weekend so il see which works best. Can't help but notice the majority of players buying a top tier rif then having to fork out more £££ to have it fire at uk limits with a small grouping, Deans blah blah. I'm hoping this is different. Homeless snail - I play both urban and woodland so the longer version is best all-round for me. The shorter version looks great for cqb. Johnyboy1976 - Thank you for that info and at the ranges that your sr25 will reach out I can see those upgrades being pretty important. That said, ill take on board your recommendations.

So I've just ordered one after my very old combat machine is very well used/old and I could do with an upgrade. Is there anything you guys/girls think I should look out for or change on this gun? I tried to find reviews but only USA versions (which are different, springs, deans etc) were shown and are no good. Too me it looks perfect for my gameplay and im looking forward to trying it out. I've bought 2 x 9.6v ni-mh nunchucks to ensure a full day's use from the shop after they advised me to do so. Trying to locate the polymer g2 mags is nigh on impossible in the UK but I'm not against ordering from the EU or the USA...so if anyone knows someone who is willing to offload any? So overall is this a good gun as is or is it another tm416?

This advice is simple for those whose will power isn't strong enough to make you run/go through physical pain in order to burn fat. 1) when your tummy rumbles and you feel hungry, force yourself to delay eating for two hours and eat a NORMAL SIZED HEALTHY MEAL. don't go binging or having a XL portion just because you managed to fast for 2 hours. 2)drink water only. No teas/coffees/juices/alcohol etc 3) stretch your body for 20 mins every morning and evening. 4) cut sugar out 99% of your diet and only eat natural sugar, non of those artificial sweeteners. This is the easy way to trim down without having to put on running shoes. You can all do it.

A few things: 1) at least 10% of the players never listen to the marshals, especially the game brief and begin playing there own 'thing'. 2) Being shot in the neck by a 500fps rif from 10m away on the Adams apple really hurts. (judging distance lessons required for that super mega gucci bearded ghillie up player). 3) my 5+yr old g&g r8L outlasted and out ranged some very expensive RIFS this weekend so high prices don't aways equal high happiness/quality. 4) everyone is always up for a good time and most players are more than happy to help. 5) it's addictive, fun and is a positive way to spend a day keeping active. 6)the pigeon chest/sparrow legs complex is high before first game (when photos are taken for social media use)however, by midday most are burning the last remnants of their reserves of monster energy and macdonald meals and look like zombies (and then quit early). 7) finally, marshals are not always right. This may sound like I'm dripping but this is me on a good day.
