1) JustCos is not a VCRA RIF defence, but a cosplayers Public Liabilty Insurance policy - in case you scare someone with your cosplay 

 
The cosplay event that is referred to as a ‘partner’ does not/did not even allow RIFs in their cosplay rules
 

I would recommend that cosplayers who feel the need to protect themselves from any liability to the general public ought to join one of their local/regional cosplay socities and benefit from the groups PLI plus all the other benefits of being part of a society in your hobby / interest
 
2) The UKARA list shows registered retailer members of the Retailers Association and have access to verify UKARA membership.
Other retailers may accept UKARA as a defence without the ability to directly verify

As the picture you posted is the friction pin that keep the front sight block in place on the barrel for lct replicas. 
 
 

  

ANA M2 plate carrier I have seen go between £150-£170 not including PayPal fees or postage.  Current conflict you maybe able to ask for more, depends  if it flavour of the month for Russian kit collectors. 
 
As for the other pouches,  techkinkom pouch looks like a grenade pouch for Russian molle based kit so I say about a £10, Not sure what the sso/sposn pouch is so can't say a price and for the SRV look like mag pouch £15-£20 not including PayPal fees or postage.

Has anybody paid this guy?, if so you need to immediately reverse your payment via whatever options available to you, PayPal dispute etc, as he's a scammer & has been kicked off the forum.

He's got two other ads up for guns, both listed as excessive fps for mainland Britain, & especially Northern Ireland which has a lower fps limit for all airsoft guns. 
Are you able to check the pics on his other ads ?, to ensure they're not nicked from someone else ?
