  1. Selling and buying new would be cheapest.
  2. Considering the wood stock, scope and crate ( dodgy markings but they can be painted over and re done ) I think the price is reasonable. Star / Ares Guns always look good as for performance well hell it airsoft, get tinkering.
  3. Probably about £80 - £!50. Sadly not many people want WW these days.
  4. It is Eotech shaped as its an Eotech XPS Knock Off.
  5. Most decent shops will check it for you, or try buyers site.
  6. As on the Tk / QRF owners page on fb.
  7. TM Compatible so WE should work.
  8. Your asking in the wrong country.
  9. Have to agree with Adolf. Wow there's a sentence I never expected to type. Lol However if your brother isn't an experienced player and doesn't have a defence yet then these two guns are probably a bit to advanced anyway. Talk to him then come back for more advice if needed.
  10. Was told the G&G PCC45 was compatible with there ump mags. Guess I was told wrong, shame I've got a few G&G UMP Mags so where.
  11. Used to use an electric one myself, get the Odin it far better.
  12. Mags look like UMP mags, same as the g&g pcc45. Would make sense as the DE UMP was a G&g clone.
  13. Well done mate. Looking at pic id suggest you move that sight protector back, right up against sight. The odds of a bb coming in at an angle and taking your sight out ate mot as slim as you might thing.
  14. There only if not fired line is bullshit. Your statutory rights say it has to be fit for purpose, which is firing bb’s. However problem is you’ve had it six months, you cant prove its not been used. If you can go see them face to face, let em see how clean and bused it looks. Perhaps they’ll change there view. Perhaps agree that if they fix it you’ll pay for some minor upgrades while there on. However if you dont trust em go somewhere else like Neg Earth.
  15. Better of selling the Capa's and buying Para's. Not gonna look right without Para Frame and Slide.
  16. That l1a1 could easily be sorted as could one of these, there wood after all. Sand it down and re varnish. Or the LIme Green L1A1 could be easily painted over for that Rodie look.
  17. "Also, there's no age limit on the defence for modification. A 13 year old can be gifted an IF and modify it into a RIF for airsoft use." Er, no thats manufacturing a RIF Illegal, you need a defence to do it. 13 or 31 doesn't matter, it is illegal. You need to either: 1. Talk you dad into playing. 2. Use hire guns till your old enough to buy. 3. Get a two Tone. 4. Talk to site shop see if they will sell you one, but they store it at the site for you. They are the immediate options In the longer term you get a two tone and establish yourself at the site till you have a membership ( if there insurance allows 13 year old members ). At this point as a skirmisher you have a defence and can then manufacturer a RIF, ie paint your two tone. UKARA is irrelevant, its basically a manufacturers Association. Having your club membership ( your defence ) registered on there database makes it easier to prove your defence but that is all. Far from being a licence it isn't even a defence. Final interesting point eve with a defence it is still illegal to Sell, Import or Manufacture RIF's. We are all braing the law. we simply have been granted a defence from prosecution. Two facts about this are scary. it has never been tried ncourt so until it is, who knows what could actually happen. Second worry is the Home Seretary can at any point without giving a reason or an act of parliment revoke that defence. That is why we all have to be very carefull what we do. On major incident like boyo on the roof or the lads n the field and airsoft could be gone.
  18. Th ebetter your prep th ebetter the end result and longer it will last. If its cheaper gun the paint wil wear quite fast so do you want to be painting on top of that? Kind of like building a tower block on the beach.
  19. The law isn't relevant, they are a private company and just like FB and You Tube they do not like guns. IF you pay by paypal do not sate its a gun or anything to do with one, I used to put sporting goods or toys. However if it is lost or you get done by the seller PAypal will not help as it is against there rules. On a similar vein always remove valves from gas magazine or you package may be destroyed, with the valves in they are presurized container and as thus banned by all couriers, Royal Mail and Parcel Force. Nine times out of ten you'll get away with it, but that tenth time can be very expensive.
  20. Wow, four pages in a no videos, com eon guys? Also anyone got a Bolt MP5 as well, love to see a comparison.
  21. Best bet is to advertise for broken or boneyard gun. As Srew says though you need to know what make you have.
  22. Rogerborg summed it up perfectly. UKARA is simply a convenient method of proving your defence, your site membership is your defence. So whatever you need to do to renew your site membership is al that matters. As long as you are a site member a retailer can check you out with the site.
  23. @AirsoftRich Might be able to help you with that, pm me.
  24. Leaf, Guarder Clear or Purple Prommy iirc. Any decent shop would fit if for you for a few quid. They really are ace guns mate, even th eold winger at Negative Airsoft had nowt bad to say about em.
  25. Just the rubber mate. you can't get a UKARA, its a retaiers association, what you need is a defence, ie proof you are a skirmisher. Site Membership is the mot common and is what is recorded on UKARA's database which is simply one way of. proving it.
