Royal Mail Special Delivery takes RIFS as well. Other than PF24/4 and RM SD no one else will take them from private customers within the UK.

Unless it has changed lately this is not the case. It will be faster with a UKARA Registration on the package but otherwise they will write to you for your defence. I have imported maybe half a dozen guns this way, not for maybe 5 years though. Having said that if buying a gun the saving needs to be considerable or its not available in UK. Otherwise buy in the UK then it will be to UK legal spec and you will have a guarantee. Things like accessories and particularly gas mags however can be well worth importing.

I have one not sure what make. Does it slide onto body from top or bottom? Mine slides on from bottom, see second pic. -

That is correct as airguns where already covered by the 1967 Fireams Act when the VCRA came into being. So despite some guns being available as airsoft guns and airguns with the only difference being ammo fired and velocity. despite them being more powerful thus dangerous airguns do not need a defence. As I said UK Firearms law is a mess.

Bought this years ago and it has sat in its box in my projects stash ever since. This is a high quality replica of a stock Colt created for a PDW Prototype around the year 2000 iirc. It is a very solid piece and our very unlikely to bump into another at the field. It bolts directly onto the stub on an M4 AEG inplace of the stock pipe. Fixing bolt and washer is included in the box. Obviously this will require a forward wired gun as there is no battery space in the rear. Price for this unique piece is £25 plus fees and p & p.£25

Its highly unlikely customs will chrono it. The main problems are that its stupidly expensive and if there is any problems with it he has no comeback as he will be unable to return it to company in US without getting an import licence ( 16 CFR part 1272 ) from the US Consumer Product Safety Commission. I know this as I am currently trying to do this having had a package sent back to me by Royal Mail and refused by UPS. Just do as I have previously said by a decent quality gun from a trusted UK retailer and go from there.

Tell us where abouts in the country you are and we can recommend a good shop that will steer you right. As previously commented by someone you come across as a newcomer to the sport, if so forget about custom guns. Get a good solid gun, low to mid end and some experience. Don't even consider a custom build or boutique build untl you know what you are talking about.

Here is the last of my ERG's has to go unfortunately as my Harley need more work and I need it on road asap for work. Gun was one of the original PTS ERG Scouts but has had a more modern upper put on it and is wired to the Peq box which is brand new ( not even applied the stickers to it yet ). Incase you don't know what an ERG is it is an Electric recoil gun like the TM NGRS, in fact deigned by the same guy. It has a weight in the buffer tube which is pushed back by the piston upon firing then slams forward again simulating recoil. It also has a stop on empty feature when using ERG Mags ( though regular M4 mags fit straight in ) which means when the mag is empty you have to remove mag insert a fresh one and hit the bolt release before it will fire again. It will come with the Peq, flip up irons and one ERG Pmag. I have a few other stock options which could be discussed including black version of one fitted, a Hurricane HK416 style one and if I remember correctly a tan Magpul STR and MC CTR. For sale is my Classic Army Brugger & Thomet marked MP5SD6. Thi is a full metal MP5 fitted with the pictogram lower. It is currently in BZ Tactical as it has just had a once over and been fitted with new selectors and selector cams ready for new owner. This would make an ideal work horse / back up gun. As you can see it is painted in a random camo job, but could easily be painted back to black for the cool tactical look. Will come with four magazines in total, though sight and light ( mount rail is included ) in picture will not be included.
