I find hitting a skatepark/bmx track aggressively on a bike gets my mid 40's body easily into VO2 max training. Also as someone who was brought up rather than dragged up I use earphones so as not to offend other peoples earballs.

This Block 2 has a 14.5 steel outer barrel and a mad bull block 2 ris. I drilled out the mad bull rail to fit a gas block/tube (not the best job but hidden in the nut so doesn't matter, just wanted to look of the gas tube for realism. Light weight AU buffer weight, flamingo bucking, omega nub, crazy jet barrel. Angry gun BCM bolt + nozzles with NPAS. G charging handle and trigger guard, rs magpul grip, HAO anti wobble pins. Single locked for DMR but can put the full auto selector back in if requested.
