    For sale is my spare Hydra for the Tokyo Marui M14. I originally purchased this for my second M14 that has a G&P EBR kit, but have decided to solely keep my current Standard TM M14 (Classic Stock). The EBR is simply too cumbersome for an aggressive playstyle IMO. This was purchased from a shop local to me, Super5ives. This engine has been fitted to a gearbox, test fired, and removed. This can be installed with a semi-lock, or full-auto can be retained for AEG limits. (the latter being my preference) Collection only, Fareham, Hampshire. As mentioned, I have one of these setup already, so upon collection you are welcome to try it out in a working platform. Engine has seen no use besides some dry firing whilst setting up a semi-lock. I do have some generic M14 spares if needed, welcome to peruse & purchase upon collection.

    +1 for real ammo tins. I have two real ammo tins, one for sniper/DMR ammo, one for rifle/pistol ammo. I chuck a few silicon packs in each to make sure there's no moisture that will degrade my BBs Plus, it's immersive.

    Would real ammo tins be suitable? You can get them off Ebay and from military surplus stores.

    I've been tempted to put a Russian kit together myself, because EMR + smersh (also in EMR) is a vibe. Don't have many Russian weapons though (I don't like AEGs or HPA that isn't fully self-contained, and I'm not shelling out on a WE SVD) so I would probably need to modernise my AKM, without totally changing the structure so I can return to old-fashioned if I need to. But I have to be really tight with money at the moment (want to buy a car ideally before Christmas and also max out my lifetime ISA limit for this financial year before April), but I've been browsing HK stores for TM AKM GBBR modernisation parts. I did resist the temptation to spend a couple hundred on a stock, picatinny handguard and a front grip. I swear, browsing those shops is a dangerous thing...

    Funnily enough... I'm not an AK fanboi but I bought one so I had 'an' AK in my collection... I now have 9ish** **if you count the dragunov, SVU & the AKM Masada. yeah kinda spurious but the point is it's more than 1
