Saw this thread and thought I'd share one of my projects I'd done a couple of years ago. Nothing too fancy but it's unique as I've not seen any other airsoft replica Turkish HK33 looking replicas as accurate tbh. Classic Army Base gun. Slim Handguard made from a real G3 Handguard. Railed Handguard made from an old springer shotty and an MP5 3d printed handguard. The GL front end was a cheap battery box cut to suit with the handguard made from foamex board. The cocking handle was fashioned from foamex board too. The lower was a standard MP5 one with the embossed bullet symbols filled in. Repainted in OD then the new bullet symbols drawn on freehand by marker pens. Again, nothing too fancy, but I like the finished job.

Hi, I have seen quite a few people in states use propane gas bottles with magpull adapter as more wallet friendly solution for their guns, also guns performs better in cold weather. Any of You using them in Uk too? Cant seem to find any cheap propane bottles to make it worth while, most of them are same cost as green gas bottles already. Cheers

Aye so I am predominantly a bass player. Been in many bands over the years, nearly made it big a few times. But ultimately hated the touring life. Once auditioned for Bloc Party before they made it big and turned them down as I thought (And still think) The Singer can't sing live. Currently hoping to replace the Jackson Jeff Loomis 7 String Hardtail that I sold recently with the Active Pickup/Floyd model in November sales. My only bass at the moment is this Stas Pokotylo Custom Made in Ukraine Bass. Fodera Monarch Copy. Guitarwise I currently have. Edwards Alexi Laiho Pinky Signature model. Jackson Brandon Ellis Sig Kelly. and a white Fender Tele. And for a laugh. This is me maybe 17 years ago?

Joined Discord to buy and sell then a month or two later they ended that. Not rally been back since, hated the experience. Loved the WA Threads on Classic Airsoft iirc but meh, give me a forum any day. Still not got over Arnies closing down after being a member for about 30 years. We should all try an get people back on here. Perhaps give Heavy Recoil Etc there on Forums Section.

The first obstacle to overcome would be fitting rails on the heat shield as there is currently no commercially available alternate with rails. I had to go through a laborious process of finding the right-sized rail (and filing the back down), buying longer right-sized screws (3 attempts) and buying a backplate that married up to the rail (2 attempts). Even now, it's sturdy enough to support the torch, but doubtful it would stay put with a grip bearing the weight of the gun. Then you'd have to really consider why you'd want a canted grip on an airsoft SMG when the magazine grip is so comfortable. Maybe pseudo-Sterling vibes? So yes, I'd say it possible (as is attaching a grip to every magazine), but it would be a lot of work to achieve and, IMHO, not worth it. Seems like a Jurassic Park analogy would go well here. 😄 I make it approximately 15mm. RPK pouches are a good shout. I might look into that, cheers. I'm looking to replace the whole rig with MM-14 camo and there's a chance I might find them in that pattern. 🤔

I would buy a GBB version! Way beyond my very limited engineering skills sadly. Going way back, the original design was for a self contained CO2 system, so the hose is/was to be a temporary testing only thing. It's since been mentioned, pointedly, that high pressure gas systems of any kind might need a bit of testing and regulatory approval if they were to be put on sale! (If you look at the top of the trigger group in the last picture, you can see a section of copper pipe. That is/was part of the CO2 system) So yes the position of the HPA connection would very definitely change. I haven't thought it through but 1st idea would be to make a connection at the rear sling attachment point, very preferably flush with the butt.

Hi i recently got hold of a pre etu g&g l85a2 and im gonna install a gate picossr mosfet to it as 7.4v it runs really sluggish and I just want to be able to running 11.1v amd this would be the first time iv installed a mosfet so if i mess it up its £12 lost. However im unsure about the electric breaking wire should I remove it I know a few people do but all them have more fancy mosfets from in them from what iv seen. Any help is appreciated thank you in advance

For sale, WE-Tech M16A4 gas blowback rifle. Brought boneyard, I have brought it back to life with new and upgraded parts. Basically everything external black or unpainted is new. Internals have also been upgraded or replaced. New RA-Tech Steel trigger box internals New WE complete BCG (with RA-Tech NPAS installed) New selector I’ve put 2 mags through it with the new parts fitted and it functions perfectly. Only issues are the dust cover refuses to lock closed with the new bolt, and it’s missing a pin from front sight post, but it’s completely secure. Comes with 2 leak free mags. Not at all tmi more info the better I'm deciding between it and the vss from cyma to be my next addition to the armory as I run Russian kit. I reckon my rpk pouches would each fit a bizon mag. How far removed are the dimensions of the dust cover from the usual ak on in your opinion?

What about an offset grip like a Brens carry handle, I've also seen an airsoft rif with a foregrip on a canted rail.

Well... my rubber prop EM-2 cost £230, your 1 off working Em-2 should certainly be worth asking 4-5 times that. I agree with mightyjebus regarding the HPA tho.
