Airsoft_Mr B
Hi guys. I sort of forgot the e-mail to my account jaeproductions so this is my dad's account I'm on for the moment. Just wondering about the quality and reliability of these two specific units as they're the ones I'm probably most interested in if I get one. The B&T licensed (ASG I think) is only £38.99 whereas the AAC licensed is something like £81. It would be good to know if there's an illumination comparison and how bright they each are. If anybody's owned either then any info will help for when I can afford one (I.e. Get a job lol) Thanks, J
Supporters Lozart Posted December 16, 2013 Supporters Share Posted December 16, 2013 Friend of mine has the B&T one and it works fine. As with most tracer units the first few shots aren't especially bright though.
Supporters M_P Posted December 16, 2013 Supporters Share Posted December 16, 2013 Assuming it's a PTS AAC, i'm pretty sure they aren't tracer supressors, they're just for looks.
Supporters jcheeseright Posted December 16, 2013 Supporters Share Posted December 16, 2013 yeah, the PTS AAC suppressor is just a metal tube with a bit of foam in it. No tracer function at all.
Airsoft_Mr B
Ah yeah I can see that now I was looking on Patrol Base's Tracers and Suppressors page and just sort of automatically assumed they had a tracer unit version of it. Thanks for your help guys!
Supporters Rock-climby-Dave Posted December 16, 2013 Supporters Share Posted December 16, 2013 i own both. the b&t lights them fine on semi, struggles on auto to get every bb. AAC is a lovely thing, but unless you have something dumping loads of extra gas out the front of your gun, you arent going to gain anything from it.
