  1. Eww a wix site - if anything needed to be an indication of a dodgy retailer, its that.
  2. Given that its specifically Umarex USA & KWA, we probably won't see these until next year or at all.
  3. Why are you using a 70 degree bucking at 1.1J? You don't need more than 60, which would make the bucking more flexible and giving you more range of motion, which might alleviate the overhop.
  4. It'll almost certainly have to do with people being too lazy to contact their mobile networks to remove adult blocks - AFUK gets caught by them on Three, O2 and EE. Emails don't get blocked by some arbitrary age restriction.
  5. Alternatively wait - Brownell's usually does sales on every single US holiday, last time round they were giving 30% off on all magpul stuff, which would make things a little more palatable.
  6. Probably the same deal as the AEG (WE) F17 - a way to make it without the main company getting sued for not buying a license.
  7. I've been using this with my DCS - the cummerbund ends up being pretty much the same dimensions as the stock one. I've used the tubes mechanism about 100 times now and its not showing any signs of wear. https://caffeineairsoft.co.uk/products/krydex-elastic-cummerbund-quick-release-stretch-cummerbund-4-x-ar-magazine-pouches-for-lbt-lbx-fcpc-vest-accessories-2pcs-set?variant=42306386591931
  8. If this is the primary regulator, basically only an IDEST or UKAS technician can do it if you're wanting it filled again in future.
  9. RATech NPAS for WA GBBR's. Advance warning, its a pile of shit, but it's the only option short of messing with the valves with grub screws (which is incredibly hit or miss).
  10. I'm swapping away from the M/L rubbers in the rifles, as they do not last very long and frankly seem to suck up every single bit of crud and amalgamate with it. Silverback GBB ones are lasting at least 75-100% longer.
  11. Only kind of, and only with significant modification. The only thing I can think of that is potentially drop in, is hop up unit, but then you have to use GHK nozzles which is a ballache, because the nozzles need filing down to work with WA BCG's as they're dimensionally too big OOTB. Nozzle guides are also different, can again kind of work with some filing, but nothing is easy. God forbid you need anything in the FCG, as its a complete shitshow in compatibility, given GHK can't guarantee compatibility between their own QC and generational differences, let alone compatibility with WA.
  12. Probably go find a more appropriate section or thread for a start.
  13. The horror stories are mostly caused by people 'upgrading' one component and not everything then wondering why the steel munches their pot metal existing components.
  14. Definitely need to be organs - if its on par with the current ones, it'll be $1500-2500 before the price of the donor MWS? Marginally offspec, so probably not.
  15. Your university has been going down the draconian interpretation of what is permissible under PREVENT then. 'Proportionate' seems to have been left to the wayside a bit. When I was at university as a student, we had an airsoft club and thus were allowed a dedicated lockable space for club equipment - which is where most people in halls stored their stuff. Otherwise, it wouldn't be the first time i've seen them stored with permission in halls (worked for 2 separate University of Cambridge colleges and 4 universities total now) - just don't expect it. If you're storing them in locked hardcases, you are likely to be looked on more favourably by the staff especially if you make it clear that it is sports equipment. Halls don't stop you from storing Archery and Fencing equipment in them, provided you have appropriate storage considerations made.
  16. That's just imparted energy though - and not really relevant to the question. Cause and effect =/= a state of whether it is worth it or not. Higher muzzle energy =/= necessarily mean better. At CQB engagement distances, the increase in velocity is going to equate to milliseconds in difference, and thus doesn't equate to automatically being better.
  17. Most CQB sites don't like heavy BB's anyway - at CQB engagement distances the difference between a 0.25 and a 0.32+ is negligible.
  18. Hyperinflated prices for 'eu warehouse' are simply because Gunfire B2B still has the same rule for UK orders regardless of whether its B2B or B2C - £135 or over before shipping. So the thing I was looking for with shipping and adding random shit i need for other things to the cart to meet the threshold, is still going to work out significantly cheaper than bending over for DCA.
  19. In a bid to make moving stuff around for games and such less hassle, bought this in the Easter 25% off sale at UKT - Warrior X300 - so got everything apart from the guns packed in that
  20. 6 of each is only slightly over 4kg total ?
  21. Cerakote £200, gun £500 / 2 = £450 max - because they are a pile of shit dressed up pretty. Also 340 might be on duster gas, but I had one on preorder and sold mine on because out of the box they do 460-480 on GG and when you drop in a flute modified flute valve to make them site legal, they chug like buggery. Even on HRC they have pages of woes related to how much work is required to make them serviceable for play.
  22. I mean, I keep going up there for social reasons, despite it being decidedly backwater-ish ?
  23. Decided to recreate something I built up a while ago - to then find quite how fucked up buying aftermarket bits has become since last time I bothered trying. Finally sourced both a Madbull Troy TRX Extreme 9" (I think? retailer hasn't actually acknowledged the order yet) and a Madbull SI Cookie Cutter (it'll be coming snail mail from HK), so hopefully they'll arrive sometime in the near future/before the summer. Rest of the desired doohickeys may have to wait until magpul RS bits are in stock in the appropriate places in the right colours, as clones costing near enough the real thing, i'll just cough up the little bit more at this point.
  24. Because by having the CCTV on your person you are in effect operating it, rather than having it controlled by a third party with the appropriate license. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/check-if-you-need-an-sia-licence-to-use-a-bodycam
