  1. It makes me sad that you've got a £1200 optic and a manky looking bit of lexan on a rail mount protecting it The objective lens 'cavity' has room for a protective insert!
  2. Just go to a soddjng game!
  3. Ahh yeah, the 4in1 cable. If you’re not down to extend/replace that yourself then I’m not sure you’ve got any other option than getting someone to replace it with a purpose made loom. Give it a go though, etiny MOSFETs aren’t really that expensive to replace (in systema terms at least) if you f*ck it up.
  4. If you’re halfway handy with a soldering iron you could extend those wires pretty easily. Failing that just send it all off to Tackleberry and have it done professionally.
  5. Just use a sling. If you're spending £5-600+ on a gun which is made of pot metal (and WILL break if you drop it on something hard) why would you trust it to a magnet? More to the point, why would you buy a WE EBR, they're bloody awful.
  6. Tackleberry (systema-ptw.com) could sort that relatively easily, though he's not cheap and his turnaround time is slow. Can the MOSFET not go inside the buffer? That's where it's gone on every systema I've ever worked on, not sure about the full stock models though, they're a bit niche!
  7. If you're planning to do that magnet mod to a WE EBR, think again, you'd need the kind of magnet needed to pick up scrap cars to hold the weight of one of those things!
  8. One from this weekend at drakelowe tunnels, really nice fun site. Very well run.
  9. Generally the repro ACOGs with fibre optics don't work very well, the reticle will illuminate great when there's loads of ambient light and you don't need it... as soon as it's a bit dark they fall over. Real Trijicon ones don't fare a huge amount better, but Trijicon have the budget and know how to put tritium back up illumination into their optics so they'll work day and night.
  10. 1.0?! The scope on the M4 was LOOOOOOOONG gone by 1.0. That's like beta 6!
  11. Absolutely 100% guarantee that is identical to the Nuprol one, they don't manufacture ANYTHING.
  12. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Guns-Modify-Clear-Lens-Protector-for-Aimpoint-T1-Red-Dot-Sight-FREE-Ship-/142283946621?hash=item2120c8ba7d:g:fiMAAOSwCU1YqXPy get one of these too and you can lose the perspex window on your gun!
  13. Nope, got polycarbonate lens protectors on both ends though. Better safe than sorry!
  14. ANVIS 9, going rate is about £4-4.5k for a half decent set.
  15. I funded it all by selling other stuff thankfully, if it doesn't take out of my wages she doesn't care!
  16. I got a bit of a deal on them at 3.4K, paid about a grand less than they're worth.
  17. You said yards, 50ft is 3 times closer than 50yards! At 16m (50ft) a 2" grouping is actually not very impressive at all, even for an Airsoft gun, I can do better unsupported with a pistol.
  18. I'm still calling massive bullshit on 2" grouping at 50yds. Most airsoft guns struggle to shoot 50yds let alone group 2" at that distance.
  19. My 'airsoft yards' detector went wild at this. I can't shoot a 50mm group at 50 yards with an SA80!
  20. Nope, top of the mag is different. Vector is .45 remember, all airsoft glock mags are 9mm scaled.
  21. Depends entirely upon the organiser. Warzone do 'milsim' and you can wear what you like within their colour restrictions (green or desert). Combat Airsoft Group on the other hand specify a particular camo for the NATO team, almost always Multicam.
  22. Whatever makes you feel powerful and worthwhile dude.
