    I'm very tempted to start using Firefox as my main browser again. Chrome just keeps fluffing up. Youtube videos don't load properly and facebook crashes randomly. Plus no RSS support... hmmm

      Haven't had such problems. Have you considered deleting all the Local Data and uninstalling and trying fresh? Firefox is painfully slow.

      I recently done a fresh instal on my macbook. No more than a month or two ago. I usually re-install the OS on all my computers once a year. I might try a complete re-install of chrome later.

      i run FF 17.0.1 disabled every plugin and ext..as my pc is kinda old. Chrome hogs my resources but FF in this config is the best so far. I compared all major browsers and on my system FF runs best. Not sure how they all run on a mac..

    Almost done editing this video for tonight. Not an amazing game, as it was the last one of the day. Plus I had strained my back so I was taking it easy. Should be up tonight/tomorrow :)

      To be fair, Marksman ought to get a new title, if anyone. He has an obscene number of posts.

      He makes me seem like a noob.

       

      Yet despite that, I don't think he crops up as often as his post count would lead anyone to expect... It's weird. I guess he must've posted more frequently longer ago.

       

      Didn't he join after me though? He must've really gone berserk with posts when he joined.

      He hasn't been around for a while, but sure I saw a post the other day saying he was back for good. You have competition. He did amass posts quickly. It started with me on top, then Jersey Tactical Airsoft, then me, then Marksman.

      All I know is I probably wont get to have THAT many posts on this forum. At least not for a long time. There are people with more knowledge than me so there's no point in posting half the time :)

    Bought a sight for my MP5 It helped A LOT. I could actually aim properly instead of relying on instinct aiming and adjusting by watching the BBs. Ironsights are a pain. Also the mud was free with todays game... I spent a lot of time diving into muddy cover Some got into my 1911 and made it unusable for one game!

    Just read the email about tomorrows shoot at RAF Honiley being moved to The Grange. Shame, but im still going :) I do prefer the Honiley site though. I'm not as keen on open fields as I am urban battlegrounds.

      No more than 10 people turned up yesterday. It was surprisingly fun and tactical. Plus the marshals joined in at times too. All in all it was a great day :) Not great for footage but real fun. I also got my friend bitten by the airsoft bug, he wants to go again!

      Thanks :) The 1911 goes in my Serpa holster which is not shown... Although I have to wear it on the hip right now because the dropleg platform hasnt arrived yet =/ been waiting over a month! I still need a Holo sight, some decent trousers and a knee pad. Then I'm set :)

      Nothing worse than waiting for deliveries :( Luckily the site I got to runs a store too, phoned them up and they're gonna bring my order to the skrim tomorow lol. which 1911 is that? Im thinking of getting an MEU for a Marine loadout

      Just a standard WE 1911. Its good enough for what I need but you have to use the slide release lever to reload. Cant rack the slide back :( Next sidearm is going to be a TM PX4 some time next year but its not a high priority. Might stick with 1911s just because of the holster ahah.

    As in the communications stuff? Never used them. I'm less of the internal hardware audio engineer and more of the digital kind. Recording, mixing, mastering, audio restoration and such. I dabble in acoustics now and again too Anyways on topic my SERPA 1911 holster is here! Only problem is the dropleg platform is not =/ I need to buy a decent holo scope next.

    If you can do it for free then try it! I also use DXTory for recording PC footage. It allows me to split my audio too. It works especially well with my Tritton AX Pros, which has its own communications channel. So I can split my channels between game/teamspeak/mic. It's awesome to have that amount of control. Doesn't take up as much space as FRAPS too, and you can customize it so much. It's worth the money, i guarantee it. Speaking of which, here's a new gameplay video I uploaded last night It's kinda long though:

      Played today. Got our arse handed to us, but we had less players, and half of them new to honiley. Was a pretty good day though. Lots of epic moments, but no victory :(

    @Airsoft-Ed Weeeell it's rather expensive to record console games. I used to do it with a Hauppagge HD-PVR. And they're not cheap! It's basically a splitter which sends the video and audio to your PC as well as your monitor. So unless you do it often, I don't recommend investing in such equipment

    If you open it to public then everybody would just be a sniper with 12x... It would make for great "Ghost" gametype but I doubt the game would finish with the exact same players who joined in at the start, due to high ticket count. But if it's just for yourself and friends/people you invite then it could work. I've never rented a server on BF3 xbox before though. It's quite possible on PC but xbox I have no idea. I sold my xbox copy anyways. If you go ahead with it, post some footage for us. I want to see how the project pans out

    The trailer looks good. Very well made. I dont know all the details of it yet though so we shall see what it holds. Hopefully there will be some new weapons but I am not sure what else they can add... More attachments? We shall see what they come up with I guess. Hopefully its more than just a few maps. I'm premium so I get the expansions anyways but I would hate to see people pay crap loads for just a few maps.

    I played a really good game of BF3 with my squad the other day. It's pretty funny because I get accused of wallhacks halfway through. It's livecom and about 40mins long so if you have time to chillout then go take a look: Watch in 720p as anything lower is abit meh thanks to yt processing. I had to compress a lot due to the size of the file. My upload speed is only 54kbps after all! Enjoy

    My plan is to carry 1 Hi-Cap as a reserve when all my other mags run out... Although I need more mags to be honest, its just expensive to get up to the amount I need Good thing about using an MP5 is that I dont have to share my mags (but not many people can lend me them either)
