  1. BFG is very little maintenance and very easy to use. Yes its a high initial input but ive gone through 200 9mm blanks so far, so by thermobaric prices at ~£3 each that would be £600 in 1 use grenades. Plus they're a good way to wake up your hungover house mates with. Blanks are dirt cheap. £15 for 50 9mm and they are much louder than the gas grenades. The BBs from the gas grenades dont even fly more than 1m anyway and have as much force as a asthmatic breathing on you.
  2. If its over the threshold for importing yeah. Usually anything over £50 will be taxed.
  3. Possibly for my final year project due soon, but i dont have FREE access. They only allow you to print parts relevant to what im doing.
  4. Coursework hand in at 11.59. Just finished all 6 of PSY's albums. What next?

  5. I use a dan wesson. Hop mods are quite easy and then you can range about 50m with them. Reloading is easy, just empty the used shells into a pocket and reload. Speed loaders help. You can power down by shells or modding the hammer. Using a revolver isn't hard if you practice reloading. It's just as easy to kill with one as a normal pistol. Just limited shots, but i run gas so i'm used to limited ammo anyway.
  6. Yeah out of better printers. The quality of that part looks like the printer cost no more than £300. The on at my uni however costs like £50,000. Smooth as silk, super strong and much more detail. Also does metal.
  7. Goddam you TwitchPlaysPokemon. I'm meant to be working

  8. Yeah but even as they are, they can still do a fair bit of damage if you were to slip or something. Although i still claim more damage can be done with a flash hider from a gun. Especially the AK slanted compensators.
  9. New timetable for this term at uni. Contact hours have gone down from 42 to 5 hours 50 mins. Can i get a refund on my student fees please :/

      What wheels do you drive?

  10. Sites wont allow those btw. They do not bend. I have a poly katana bokken which is solid as a rock. Training blade yes, airsoft safe not really.
  11. Last coursework deadline on Friday. Think an airsoft game on the weekend is definitely on the cards. Stress levels through the roof atm. 1 week, 6 deadlines, 15,000 words and f*ck tons of calculations and simulator work :(

  12. Conversion charts dont work Ed. Energy wise: 1J on a 0.2g would be like 330fps, 1J on 0.3g would be 270fps. But joule creep actually means you get something like 285fps on a 0.3g which would mean 1.15J. Thats 0.15J increase without doing anything to your gun apart from changing BB weight. Technically however most sites state 350fps on 0.2g, not a joule limit therefore you havn't broken any of their rules. You would still be within legal limits too so not a huge thing to worry about. This is a thing with GBBRs as the bb doesnt stop accelerating until it leaves the barrel, thus gaining more speed. Lol You'd think they'd just put down their standard price to match, rather than waiting for people to ask. Thats a huge gap.
  13. It's fine at that FPS. Really. Also you have joule creep to keep in mind. You might actually gain FPS when compared to the FPS/weight calculator. Gas guns work in a weird but wonderful way.
  14. Yeah. They call them "pro guns". They actually dont have a bad range of guns but they're all overpriced, cheapo starter guns that they market as the be-all end-all of airsoft guns.
  15. Yeah GBBRs tend to shoot for miles. Plus accuracy is great on semi. Make sure you're running at least 0.28g with the RA-Tech rubber. My 416 would overhop 0.25g with the hop basically turned off.
  16. H&K FTW! S&T G36V, WE G36C, WE 416.
  17. Thats one reason why I use gas lol. No need to remember to put batteries on charge in the evening.
  18. Not quite bought, but got this as part-ex for my MP7. WE G36C and plenty of mags. HK FTW Also found out my roof leaks so i can now drive to skirmishes in the dry and warm. New hardtop
  19. Been offered a WE G36C for my MP7. Tempting, Tempting.... Would have to get the G36E extension kit though, thats a no brainer.

  20. free game at first and only's new site yay. come if there is any room left on booking!

  21. Ah I love overdrafts. £-800 and i'm still buying £400 worth of shiny car parts

They're called "Main Stealers" for a reason ;) You probably know but on pistonheads I'm pretty sure there is a recommended garage/specialist list for MX5s.

Yeah Dev, SamGoodwin will do it for £350 full service, cam and waterpump. SolentMX5 for £300. Will probably leave it until christmas time to change. Its not top priority atm, but something i want to do early. Still got 8K to go until its needed. Will just get some nice tyres and a new exhaust for now. Can do some of the fluids myself at uni house but impossible to do any serious work here (gets really busy as im on a narrow road literally opposite the entrance to a primary school)

  24. Some arse decided to pull out (turning right) of a T-juction behind a SUV that had turned left (towards me). Obviously the driver could see fuck all because the SUV was in the way, but he decided to pull out anyway... Missed my car by a few inches!!! Didn't get his reg number before he quickly decided to go the other way.
  25. The grange is actually closer to Lincolnshire. Its in Coventry.
