Not sure if there is already a thread like this. (if there is please merge/remove this one) But a thread for any generally dum you have done that is airsoft related. I have just picked up a M600c scout light clone and it needed batteries. So i picked up some CR123a batteries as i thought thats what was needed. Tried to fit them....no joy the hole just wasnt big enough (thats what she said). Tried some AA batteries and they did not fit either. Then tried the battery from my old torch, still no joy. Got pissed off and left it on the table. Sent the seller a message asking what batteries it took as i was stumped! Few hours later i decided to try again but this time remove the bulb end of the torch... ...CR123a's fitted right in.

Now that i have the general set up of my CQBR sorted i am trying to decide if i should paint it or not? My old VFC SR-16 looked great with its worn paint job but i just cant decide to do the same with this one? i still need a rear sling point but cant justify £35 on the TM bolt on one and dont trust the china clone mounts.

Last few bits i have piclked up. Aimpoint C3 Clone with high mount Aimpoint T1 Clone with high mount M600c Scout light lots of various batteries for the above

Got given a freebie UBACS. Been told it's a flame retardant version issued to flight crew.

I was going to book and was then told it's alot of money for not much shooting. Add the fact I hate large numbers at games means I don't think I'll bother.

The guy that owns oshiboom is indeed and airsofters as he has played at my place. Nice guy. May be worth giving them constructive feedback.

I wear a Combined Operations Patch as it was my late grandfathers unit in WW2. I also have a PWRR TRF (never worn for a skirmish) as i was an army cadet instructor badged PWRR. Would not take either of if someone got shorty!

I work 99% of weekends so don't play much. But tend to go with M_P of I do go. Or I just join I at work. Takes me 30 mins max. Sometime less but I have a heavy right foot!

I did put the PEQ on top but just looked wrong. Will be on the M4 Sunday.

Did someone say tacticoool? The PEQ and suppressor are mainly for my CQBRbut as I don't have it at the mo I thought I'd throw them I the SCAR.

few bits for today. Finally got close to running out of the first 100 primers i had so picked up some more, Wanted a PEQ for my CQB-R but didnt want to spend lots. Combat south happened to have a basic battery box for peanuts. Also picked up a SCAR suppressor along with a second flashider so i can use it on both the SCAR and CQBR. and after a swap with Qlimax i now have a very nice WE XDM 3.8. My new favorite side arm. its bloody lovely. I have 12 year old girls hands so it fits me perfectly. The kick just on abbey ultra gas is epic!
