A good rule of thumb for most of life i find.  Unlike the selfish  twat currently hogging the car charger at Cobham services at 90% charge and only 20% charge speed (because that's how batteries work)

Silver lining...... Cobham services is full of lush food!

  2. I get messages from absolutely tons of people on Instagram about patches.

Here are a number of Instagram users you could contact, I haven't used them so you'd need to apply your own buyers curiosity, but here they are nonetheless:

    • warrior_patches
    • patches_industry
    • patchoperations3d
    • pvcpatchd
    • pvcpatch82
    • dressery_sports
    • styler_jamse
    • shop_patch
    • ams_intl_
    • patches_pvc_
    • patchstudio24
    • hajwery_patches
    • skil_patches
    • shabir
    • patches_786
    • hassaanpvcpatch
    • patch.operations
    • patches.supplier

Again, I haven't used these people, but they have all messaged me on my Airsoft IG offering embroidery, PVC patches etc.

Which model, the Lynx? Do you use the gasket with it as well? Not the biggest fan of regular ballistic eye glasses. Had a close call a while back, not a pleasant experience.

I currently use the Bolle X1000 ballistic goggles with Revision wipes. I still get a load of condensation when camping, etc. When I'm on the move they are fine though. Someone suggested the Dye i5 to me but I'm not the biggest fan of paintball styled masks either. However, if it allows me to see!😂

Yes, the Lynx, no gasket, mostly with the smoke lense, but have used the orange HDL lense in underground bunker CQB where it was dark and have had success with both lenses. They wrap around the eyes nicely and Bloc do a number of different ones that might suit you more if needed. You can also get prescription lenses put in them as well.

    1. My Marui XL BB Loader broke, should I replace it with the same part or is there a better one available?

If it worked for you might as well stick with it, but a lot of people like the Odin speed loaders, may be worth a look.

    2. My Marui Tracer Unit seems a bit dull compared to others that were being used on the night. Not sure if mine is on its way out or there are newer, better models available?

I've got the "AceTech Brighter C" and cannot recommend it enough.

    3. Need a new sight, my 552 replica has died, thinking of going for a Reflex sight. What are the current good, durable brands? Is Aim a good one?

Depends on what you want to spend, Nuprol ones do the job, but if you want something a bit more cheeky, the Vortex range is a good go-to.

    5. Dye i5 masks, are there any issues with fogging up?

Not my cup of tea due to restrictions on peripheral vision and claustrophobic feel. I use "Bloc Tactical" EyePro and they are fantastic, never fog up, are literally bulletproof, and have interchangeable lenses for different environments.

A lot of this is preference more than anything, but hope this helps. :)

I might have to get back down to z-mart again, was a laugh last time!

I've seen users post short vids (measured in seconds rather than minutes) when troubleshooting a problem (i.e. rough sounding or misfiring gearbox etc.) but anything longer I would suggest hosting on YouTube and linking on here instead.

I realised that I'm a bit meme heavy and it was quickly using my quote. So I started to "link URL" instead of pasting the image. Works a treat and doesn't rinse my quota.

Won't be playing until mid-Feb, however just playing around with it...

    # It's perfectly clear.

    # The illuminated reticle is really good with clean edges.

    # The zoom is quite stiff to move, even with the throw lever (hopefully this will loosen with time)

... and as a one stop package, considering everything you get with it, I'm very happy (and it's passed the teenage son test, he wants one).

Awesome, thanks dude!!! Another thing to add to my endless list of "wants". :)
