  1. Such an effective value levelling system this thread. Also shows just how many forums are actually full of hurtful trolls and so new people cannot see a genuine community past the veneer of this thread due to the common tone they are used too. This is easily the most informative and useful forum around. I suppose this thread actually works unintentionally as a good defensive barrier for the forum, filters the traffic 😁
  2. Issues of a GBBR!?!! There is no difference in accuracy between the two, in actual fact the inner barrel is 250mm 10" on both variants. Pick whichever floats your boat. Food for thought later down the line; a 10" and a suppressor makes for a quiet gun. All you need is; Nuprol gas or propane and an adapter. Some decent BBs, Devil blaster or Geoff's if your flush lol in 0.28g A genuine TM speed loader, 2-3 mags is fine. They are the best gun OOTB period.
  3. Oh yeh this is old, he's showing where he's filed part of the trigger mech for a less stiff / notchy pull and reset. I made a very nice drop in replacement trigger bar that made the trigger lovely with a dream reset, but I couldn't make it cheaply enough yet for you guys. one day! Be great to do a Happy Meal style 'tune your MWS' goody box eventually! I need to get another personal MWS, it's just not right without one 🙈
  4. To tighten groupings; A HSB spacer will tighten up FPS (and therefore shot accuracy) consistency. Bucking clean and dry, all seals good, nozzle and nozzle spring healthy. Mag gas exits in good condition. All that will also alter FPS consistency. To increase range and tighten groupings; If you're nearing 330 FPS or more 0.36s will fly nicely. Higher FPS with heavier ammo again. Otherwise your looking at a higher quality barrel and Rhop
  5. Hi, just stick to a TM bucking, the only time you may notice a Modify is better is in low temps, the softer more silicone like rubber is more compliant and grippy than a TM. This is the same reason why they dont last as long, especially with higher FPS / temps / gas pressure.
  6. Not going to lie, saw this thread title and thought of Chally2's
  7. Haha @Wild Weasel thinks he's an operator 😉 Basic fault finding, if the problem is with all the mags then I very much doubt it's the mags at fault 😉 Take a base plate off one mag, leave the fill valve in and try it on your adapters, how much gas/liquid comes out?
  8. You probably would get higher capacity again but at the detriment on FPS consistency, and when you can get that many shots from a #2 mag why bother messing about with it 🤷🏽‍♂️

    Wanted KWA MP7 GBB

I know you may want this a collector wall hanger which is fair enough as it's 1:1, but if you want it for gaming do yourself a favour and get the TM version. Ive owned both and the KWA is quite self destructive, poor on gas and shockingly poor accuracy/range 😘 Happy Easter!!
  10. The Glock master has spoken, saw that flow chart and you know... I'm sure it's like a prayer to you @rocketdogbert when someone mentions Glock - you hear it from within 😂 Which is physically larger, the P80 'looks' bigger than the KP13?
  11. Niiiice 👍 I see you like a stipple too 😎 I love a Glock but I find the trigger guard a little small for me, any suggestions?
  12. Cmon then @E21A I wanna see your big pile of Glock 😁
  13. Have you stripped the valve? it be crudded up or the O ring swollen / ripped / jammed
  14. Lees Precision Engineering make O ring overhaul kits, best sticking with the TM parts 👍
  15. Oh I know, somethings are a right battle to move forwards with!
  16. Hang on... 470 on 0.34! Doesnt that equate to over 600 on 0.2 or is my weekend maths off!? What have they done to the nozzle!? Does it cycle properly on full auto? Sure this isn't some hella late April fool!? 😂
  17. The ICS L85 is a great gun, nice gearbox too. I've had 3, only have my first one left, but it's in bits lol as it became a self contained HPA project 🙈 I did not leave it alone 😂 Going back to a previous comment of yours - I agree cabin fever is 'spendy' lol, just ordered a load of guts to pimp yet another gearbox, just can't leave it alone! I imagine @Sitting Duck crafting away at something as we speak haha!
  18. But at least you have an L85 above it, not another AR... yawn 😂 Although yours is hot little guns like that are ace indoors, def have a soft spot for SMGs 😁
  19. Haha yes I'm lucky to have one of them fancy hook test meters for work 😁 Yes certainly a good first ballsy build @Alimcd and you clearly have some good fortune seeing as you got away with not blitzing your piston 😂
  20. We've all been there, more for the challenge i think than anything making ROF lasers but when you get back to the game, 20 RPS is just beautiful in an AEG, great trigger response for Semi and tight accurate burst fire. Yeh I have a tricked out MP5K with 150mm barrel, awesome compression on a SS M120 = 305 FPS So suspect diff spring rate or ASG springs are a little high ?? You do have double bearings though too. Consider yourself educated @Sitting Duck has written... novelled 😁😘 I prefer 18:1, 22000 and 11.1v, so much get up and go from a standstill, quieter and motor rarely even gets luke warm! This is pulling a full stroke MS135 This is is a standard TM with M85 spring lol!
  21. With an empty gearbox fit all your gears, you should be able to spin the sector gear one whole revolution if shimming is good. Then you can rule that out for sure. Active breaking will make insane heat build up, more heat in electronics means more resistance which means more current... which you've guessed means more heat! That is a very fast setup you have there, personally I would swap that motor for a 22000, runs way cooler and stil see mid 20s ROF or run a 7.4V - that's the fast fixes. I think ROF over 20-25 is pointless. Pre engagement fix with your current setup will involve short stroking and a stronger spring, but this will make your 35000 work pretty hard on Semi auto. Short stroking requires teeth removed from both the Sector and piston. Learning can eat a few parts 😉 Always aim aim for the best mechanical setup - minimal or no active brake. This is done using the right mix of voltage, motor, gear ratio and spring strength.
