Awesome. Mines got the king arms doofer on the front so it's basically a suppressor with a mag and trigger. π€£ I was looking for that daft hop cover that retracts, the plate on top of my v3 had the bits missing and the rubber covers went AWOL too. π«€ππ€£

Yay. I can finally get some parts for my TM one!!! π€£π€£

Its an older G+G mp5 AEG. Yeah, i've seen the gbb pistols i have cause havoc with the chrono. too close and its snorting gas, giving all sorts of weirdness off. I shall endeavour to find a new one and test them back to back, i think.

The chopper pilot is awesome... that guacamole

Yeah, all my RIF's are running on 0.28's so it was good to go. Strange, Yeah, its chrono'ing at 1j again at home. Maybe time to upgrade the chrono, i've had it a while now. Meh, more moneys..

So, i fitted one of Ak2m4's super-duper barrels to my boys mp5 a few weeks ago and then chrono'd it using my little silver chrono. Was showing 1j there or thereabouts. cool. we get to site on saturday and go through chrono and the guy tells me its lobbing 0.28's at 0.65j. Nothing has changed on the pew after my testing, even used the same housebrick of a battery. Now either mine is off or theirs is off as you cant just lose 0.35j in the space of a few days, can you? Is there a way of checking them (without another chrono next to it, that might be a bit more of a challenge to check!) It was shooting fine, range was 50m+ and other than changing out a poor feeding mag, had no issues at all. weird.

Glad you had a good day. Dimitri is as we call him "the mad russian". He's an awesome guy. The marshalls are really good up there and I'm surprised they didn't clock on about the weed. One of the marshalls is a copper ....π That's my usual site. I can only apologise for the Dartford traffic ( I live there....urgh) and the M20 50mph speed limits. Sorry. The village is murderous to attack and defend. There's a couple of properly sneaky hidey holes that the regulars know. Jon is in the process of building proper toilets up there. We did the under 18's day yesterday. πthat hill is a killer though π±π€£ Oh and keep an eye on their FB page as they stick loads of pictures up of stuff that goes on.

So yesterdays foray into plastic propulsion wet well. Very well. In fact I had an absolute blast. Fielded the M14 socom, with the boy using his trusty mp5. Chrono was weird though. He was reaching out to 50m+ with the mp5 but the chrono said it was doing 0.65j on .28's. Odd. Still. Everyone took their hits, the only raised voice was from a sniper who couldn't snipe and got lit up when he started shouting about it. Rookie error. π€£ Much unhealthy food consumed, many pyros lobbed, lots of plastic slung and after a nice spot gathered me 7 in a row, we had one guy left to find to clear the village. Only the sod had got himself inside an upturned barrel and was doing the benny hill hiding thing. Took us AGES to find the bugger!!! Awesome day. I'm knackered now. π€£π€£

There was a guy asking yesterday if there was a welrod pistol available, so i posted a pic of it. I mean, other than 3d printing or that japanese guy that hand makes stuff for a small mortgage, theres nothing out there. It felt a bit mean cutting off the trigger guard... πͺ

Bit of a long trek to respawn, was it? Welcome to the forum. We're all perfectly normal in here. HoNeSt.

I did a thing. Not sure how in the hell i'm going to holster the thing, but meh. Just making up a leather wrap to go around the grip and i'm good to go.

Yup. Just finished raging and looking at other solutions

And just to add insult to injury, the warhead base has had its positive wire chewed up getting it in and out of the aug. Hanging on by about three strands. Have removed it and thrown it down the garden.

Ok. So first up, bugger. Tooth missing from the sector gear. I'd short stroked the pick up but it looks like it short stroked the last tooth on the release side all on its own...ππ€

I marshalled a few times, i think as i was quite sensible and had my head screwed on. You need to know the site very well, as you'll get the same question about 90 times "where's respawn?" Agree with the memory and attention span thing, yup, the game brief was for them to be listening, not looking at daves new NGRS/HPA whatever. You need to be able to have a laugh too. Dont get too chummy with the regulars, that can be seen as favouritism and be prepared to get shot. A LOT.... Hi-viz=easy target!! Have the confidence to talk on a radio. Some people are shit scared of them. If you can get people to enjoy it, whilst not being bell ends (and we've had a few super special ones at my usual site--the guy who wasnt hit calling turning his M4 into a cricket bat and swinging at a 12 year old kid--was kinda the pinnacle of knobheadism, if you can keep your cool then you'll love it. Its certainly a different angle to the usual playday. Enjoy it if you do it. Its a laugh.

I get where you're coming from, and that's what i thought, but it was firing perfectly before.... I haven't done a video as I'm knackered and we have a full on audit at work, so not high on the priority list. I did some digging and also some thinking....at my age i have to plan these things.. I recently started using midcaps. I'm not a fan of them as they feel horrible. However, i do wonder if the midcaps have mangled the feed tube into the hop. They've never fed right and as i was short of mags, i kept trying them just to see if it was me being a hicap slob. So, when i get off shift on Thursday, I'm going to strip it down and have a look at the tube, nozzle and hop, to see if they're all playing nicely together. I have ordered a metal feed tube anyway, as I've modified pretty much every thing else on this thing, so why not. And I've heard good things about them. The "dent" thing in the top of the hop chamber might be a good move too. I'll see what happens on Thursday..

The 'What have you just bought' Thread

On my quest to have a British icon on my hip, I have purchased a welrod 3d printed kit for my surplus to requirements AAP01 from @VonGrimm. Have to say, it's bloody well made and some thought has gone into it. Needed a little adapter and a bit of a tweak (bolt release) and I'm 80% there. Just need to make the trigger housing disappear and make the trigger look like a water pistol now...π (Mag base is a lesson in "what colour filament do I have in the printer" for me! Lol. π€£) -

Pretty Pew. π On a slightly weird tangent, i cant watch the Tomb raider stuff and lust after finding out that the main character was based on my sister in law.... π€― Seems the guy that came up with the idea had it nicked off him by the game company and he fancied the pants off my (now) sister in law. All those years of watching that little ass.... Did the real Lara Croft work in a Bexleyheath Safeway supermarket? | News Shopper Apparently they settled "out of court" for a few quid... -
Sorry guys, no video, she's had me building a patio all day. π

Yeah, I'll get a vid tomorrow,I've had a beer now and likely to hate it more if I fire it now .π€£

I still have the issue on a 7.4 20c. It's not overspin (unless the arl is catching on the gears, hmmm) I'm going to rebuild it shortly anyway, might need a new switch carrier if it's not disconnecting the semi properly.

18:1, two teeth off the release side.
