Hello ladies and gents, it's a year since I started brainstorming about building an HK11/HK21. It will never be as cool (and as expensive!) as the one made by Dave's Custom Airsoft, but the idea is building something to make your head turn to. I find myself stuck on a rather simple but important question: which AEG to start from? From my point of view the choices are two, maybe three: 1) LCT G3: heavy, realistic, super cool. The cons? Price and magazines. Perhaps hop up, too? Please enlighten me regarding this RIF; 2) Classic Army G3 (CA010M) : cheaper, metal body (even if it's zinc alloy isn't much appreciated), TM compatibility. This would be my go-to choice since having standard gearbox and parts, but the potmetal body is sometimes referred as very weak and generally not worth it; 3) JG G3: This isn't much of a choice for me since it has a plastic body, but it could be worth it for building a lighter LMG while not breaking the bank on the base gun. What to keep in mind: while I don't want to break the bank and find myself living under a bridge guarding my beloved RIFs from rats I think I can invest in this kind of unique project. LMGs don't get much love here in Italy, but I play for having fun and an HK11/HK21 would be A LOT of fun. So here we are to the question: what would you choose and why? I'm particularly interested in listening to first hand impressions on the LCT G3 and CA G3 since I never hold them in my hands nor know people who have those. Thank you in advance, Cheers!

A T238 brushless motor to go into my PTS Masada. Nothing extra, but I must say I'm quite pleased on how it runs EDIT: Typo

Amazing build. Did you use the Haga Defence adapter? Edit: typo

I'm a simple man: I see a Masada, I press like.

This suppressor is #CoolAF

Following this thread, I'm interested

Since I bought a PTS Masada I had the A&K laying around... Was thinking about selling it but I think I'm better off this way Lonex flash magazines painted accordingly, cheap Amazon red dot to be used on this one and on the M14. Painted using Fosco spray paints, Warhammer transferables for markings, serial number, etc., miniature pigments for weathering. Silencer and grips wrapped in my girlfriend's AliExpress boob tape ?

Hello everyone, I recently bought a PTS Masada and these magazines came with it. As I understand PTS PMAGs are out of production and (possibly?) of interest. I'm looking for more information about them and a price range at which I could sell them, I'm not planning on using them. Here are the pics, there are 6 PTS PMAGS with their original pieces plus ranger extractors (tan ones are Magpul, black ones are of unknown brand), tested and all feeding perfectly: Plus, there was another PMAG 30 which I think was the original one from the Masada box, it is slightly different: This was modified by the previous owner and I had to rebuild the plastic near the exit as BB's used to get stuck after his intervention. This one, too, has the extractors. Thank you in advance, cheers

Which one? Because I'm selling the folding stock with its original box

"De gustibus non est disputandum", right? ?

My brother! I have done the same thing to my Marui and G&G MC51, I followed this guide: https://www.gtapex.com/08/airsoft_g3sbs.html @Hatchet has already provided you the pictures contained in my link, but I think you'll find useful information as well. AND the link itself, which at the moment is working. Here a picture of my second iteration of the conversion: EDIT: corrected myself

You can be cool, but you'll never be @Skullchewer cool

I agree with this, I am fond with the classic carry handle rail

Hello everyone, I have a question out of curiosity. My team owns a couple of replicas to use for the new members, one of which being a Marui AUG. Recenlty we had a couple of hi-cap magazines that stopped working and, after tinkering on them, I found out the reason was a couple of bb's getting stuck near the magazine's gears, just before entering the funnel. Has it ever happened to you? Is it a common issue with AUG hi-caps? I've been playing for almost two years and it never happened to me with stanags or g3 ones. Thank you in advance, cheers!

I'm sorry to hear this, best wishes buddy. As already said, splitting is the best option for selling and maximising your cash

I also have this and it is a fantastic piece of gear. Super lightweight, can fit 3x AR magazines or 2x M14/G3 magazines in the back panel and you still have room for celphone, car keys and whatever in the front one, you can buy side flaps for more MOLLE attachments, it is cheap (I bought it for 36€) and quite abrasion resistant. In summer I only use this one

I love it! I'm not completely sold on the camo tape, but de gustibus, it looks great anyway.

I have to quote this. As a non-native English speaker a "COMPLETED" advert had no meaning to me and I admit that I, too, contacted a user for an already sold RIF. After the first time you learn, mistakes were made

Thank you all, I'll double-check the differencies with the other magazines. @Adolf Hamster, I've never heard of that, you'd use that in conjunction with the small latch of the magazine?
