hi, I am considering trading my tm vsr for a kjw m700 gas powered sniper, what gas would be best in colder weather? I currently use colemans propane gas. thanks andy

I had the full wood/metal king arms m1a1, the balance was perfectly central and the quality was fantastic, wishing I never sold it now!

Excuse me but you get threaded lense mounts on a £25 air rifle scope so why not on a £50 acog clone? I have adjusted a few on them in my day so I will give it a go on my acog clone.

Could be but the ocular bell is threaded.

Can't you screw the large lense in and out of the front end of the scope? Have to get them in some how.

Hoping I can reduce the parallax distance!

Hi guys, I was wondering if you could reduce the parallax range setting on a trijicon 4x32 acog clone? I have read the real version is set for 300 metres so I wondering if my clone is the same hence the blurry image. Atb Andy

The cheapest way to run a GBB is to buy Coleman propane and a propane adapter

They are a good choice if you don't want to go to GBB pistols as it just keeps going in colder weather.

I use halfords plastic primer and camo range paints but I also use rusterol forest green textured paint for it's grippy surface. Key the plastic parts and degrease, use the primer and then the rusterol textured paint, spray over with the halfords tan camo and then camo green then brown. I use fern leaves and bunches of grass as camo stencils. Very rewarding to see the results as I did this on my tm vsr.

I'm left handed too but I buy any pistol regardless of if it's ambidextrous or not as I can use all of the slide release and mag release.

Devil blasters in .36 is my choice but I have just bought a 1000 geoffs in . 36 for £12, see how they go.

I sorted the cover out that came with the rail, file or grind the front edge away till the cover fits and you may need to cut the rail back to clear the rearsight.

I already have fitted deans as I do to all of my aegs and it certainly helped the trigger response and ROF, I think on that advice I will leave the motor alone, thankyou guys!!!!

Well I thought I would also try it on my Cyma ak and it also didn't fit that. I placed tape over the screw heads and marked the tape so I can place the tape in my rs56 cover and mark the metal accordingly then drill small holes to make sure the rail holes are aligned.

Unless I can source a decent capacity drum mag I don't see the point in a higher ROF.

Last week with some excitement I noticed patrol base had the GE railed dust covers in stock so I quickly ordered one as I needed rails on my RS. I emailed them twice previously regarding if the cover would fit but twice I received no reply. Upon getting home I tried to the cover but it's too long and a gnats cock too wide( which I expected some modification necessary). Has any other RS56 owner had this issue and is it just a case of taking the rail off and fitting it to the standard cover? Atb Andy

Why not go for a decent 80's or 90's scope? They generally have superb optics, the reticle is etched into the glass and you can pick them up cheap. I bought an ASI 4x40 super scope for £15 and a 90's tasco 2-7x32 for a tenner!

I would buy 2 lonex flash mags, these wind by pulling a wire in the mag base which is infinitely faster than farting around with a silly wheel(pity you can't get flash mags for mp5's).
