Only issue is one grip screw is missing, so has been replaced with a cut down and glued in screw to fill the hole. For sale I have a very nice WE Springfield XDM-40 Metal traded slide, shoots flawlessly. Originally brought boneyard (and supposedly the Tokyo Marui model…) but the issue was only the “secret” safety being engaged. I ended up keeping it as it’s very nice ergonomically, so has been used for occasional plinking. Only selling as I have 4 “project” pistols that need sorting… Comes with a 14mm barrel adapter, and gas tight mag. No box, but will be well packaged. £85 posted£85

Reluctant sale of my Classic Army MC51 (Schwaben Arms SAR Offizier M41). Was my backup rifle when running GBBR’s, but mostly used as a mates rifle when he came along. Metal bodied, fitted with a G3 solid stock, but also comes with a G3 collapsable stock. Currently rear wired with a Deans, but comes with wires to run from front if you want to use the other stock. Only upgrades are a PDI Raven 6.01 barrel, with a maple leaf 60degree rubber. Last chrono’d at site at around 285fps with a .28 (330-40 with .2). Comes with G3 rail, EOtech 552, 1 hi Cap and 1 mid cap mag. £185 posted£185

The long boy Hi Capa, 7 Inch Slide and barrel, it’s a beast. Nineball 7inch Slide, with matching outer barrel & recoil spring guide. 133mm length inner barrel (from a TM Mk23) and hop unit. Fibre optic front sight and TM rear sight. Lightweight BBU with AIP nozzle. WE lower Fully Upgraded TM mag (Nineball Outlet Valve, Nineball Router, Guarder feed lip, TT base plate) Only used on Nuprol 1.0 due to plastic slide, but still very snappy due to light weight. Willing to swap/px for a TM 1911, ideally a Series 70, external condition not important. £75 for pistol with no mag £95 with mag£75

Hmmmm, ok, last things I can think of: Piston head, check its the correct size for the nozzle. MP9’s have 2 different size pistons/nozzles. If it’s been ever been replaced it could be the wrong one for the nozzle. More than likely it’s a green piston cup, with a thicker walled nozzle. But they also do an orange version with a thin walled nozzle. (you can slightly squish the thin one with your fingers, the thick one is much more difficult). It’s 1mm difference between the 2, so can lead to issues if it’s not correct. The only other thing I can think of for the issue of only firing 4-5 shots is the brand of BB’s you are using. I had an issue using Excel’s in my mags, they are ever so slightly smaller so were jamming after a few shots on the metal mag lip where it joins the base of the mag. Rectified by filing down the mag lip, or using different BB’s. I also just take any sharp edges off the rest of the mag lip to aid feeding, I have the WiiTech metal nozzle in mine and unless everything is smooth it can damage BB’s during the pick up.

Can’t say I’ve seen that on any of mine so far, but things to check: Piston head: make sure it’s not damaged/deteriorating. May be the issue with gas leaking behind it so it’s getting excessive cooldown and only doing a few “full power” shots. Make sure the pins on rear of bolt are not backing out and slowing the bolt travel. Had this on one of mine when full-autoing. Also chewed my trigger bar with this… Double check your hammer isn’t broken at the shaft. May look ok when in the gun, but you can only really tell when you take it out and it’s in 2 pieces instead of 1. As for the hop, it’s either been reassembled incorrectly, or is missing the tiny little bb that applies pressure to hop rubber. KWA hops are somewhat… fiddly. I’d recommend getting a TNT retrofit kit for the MP9, drop in and you can hop a .4 and more…
