  1. Currently those cases are on offer for £52 which means they’re about £67 after taxes are added. Which is a great price 😁 just consider, IF they were to sell them at full price for £90 (plus taxes), there’s a British shop that sells pre-cut pistol hard cases for £85. The case shop do MAX cases with pre cut foam for £85 and I think shipping is free (?) at least it was when I bought one
  2. This is me as well. If I don’t get email notifications about it, I don’t check it for a week. Personally, I reckon it’s down to level of effort and quality of the goods. The sellers ignoring questions want your money and that’s it… if you’re inclined to ask questions, you’re probably already too much effort for them. The chances are you’d contact them once you received the goods and realised it’s not as good as you expected. Dealt with a few people over the years who sell dodgy kit and then block you once they’ve got your money and thrown it in the post.
  3. Are you using the purple nineball airseal hop rubber? If so, nineball purple hop rubber is a soft rubber (it’s something like a 50 degree), so it’s only really good for .3g and lighter. if you want to be hopping .36s, try their “hard” compound bucking (red). Also, at .36, you might need a tensioner in the hop arm. I use a Hadron hang cut down into a T shape to complement the unbridged section of the inner barrel. alternatively the Pink flamingo and noir 60s are good and have a large contact surface for heavier bbs. how are you getting on with the detonator threaded barrel?
  4. There’s a few for sale in the classifieds. a g17 and two G22s for good prices 👍🏽
  5. Posted on there instead, I’ll leave this one as I can’t close it down or delete it.
  6. These are my cases: most of them use shadow foam. however I found a company called max case that do factory fitted generic laser cut foam. So that’s where all my short mags go!
  7. My bad! I had a look but must have been looking for the wrong key words! what’s the thread called?
  8. I was looking through the forum and I haven’t seen a thread dedicated to people’s kit bags or cases. Personally all of my stuff if organised into several Nuprol cases, Peli cases, max cases. Recently shadow foam have been doing a purple foam which looks quite nice 😁 My magazine case is a max case with laser cut inserts (comes like this from factory so it’s fairly cheap).
  9. *edit ive read back a little bit and realised this has already been covered… but im going to leave this here anyway* If you look at the Royal Mail terms of carriage, they’ve removed most explicit mentions of Airsoft or RIF. The only reference states is must be sent via a service of first class or better. This must have been done this year because I posted a pistol last November and their ToC states no RIFs had to be sent guaranteed next day. This time around, that same paragraph has been removed. In theory, if it fits into the small/medium package dimensions, you could send it via a Royal Mail tracked service that covers the value of your RIF (that probably means RM24/48 or guaranteed by 1pm. https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/96/~/prohibited-and-restricted-items---advice-for-personal-customers

For sale: 2 x JDG Marui G17 magazine extensions. These are CNC aluminium functional magazine extensions that replace your existing baseplate to give 4-5 extra bbs and equivalent gas reservoir extension. you need to install the o-rings and inlet valves which are typically another £7. Their RRP without injection valves is £30 plus postage and taxes. After postage and taxes you’re looking at £42 new. I’m selling each one for £30 plus postage. Postage will be £3.50. If you order both, it’s still £3.50. Ive included a photo to illustrate how they look fitted.

For sale: Used Detonator “standard” slide for the Marui Gen5 MOS. These have a retail of $220 before tax and shipping. It cost me about £260 including shipping and taxes. The slide and barrel are immaculate as they were fitted but never used. That being said, the slide isn’t “perfect”. The screw that holds the steel slide stop place has sheered, meaning that you will have to super glue the slide stop plate in place instead of securing it with a screw. For whomever buys this, I’m happy to talk about it in more detail. It doesn’t impact the functionality. included in the box but not explicitly pictured is the slide cover. asking £180 all in. Happy to consider offers.

  13. I thought there were a few places selling the new gen2 mags for less than £30… but I’ve just reloaded my tabs and the prices have hiked 😔
  14. Pay me £1400 based on one potato quality photo and a single sentence 😂
  15. Also, is there any interest in the after market detonator slides? I have a spare detonator slide that I could part with. It’s the “standard” slide. Just needs the guts and it’s ready to go 👍🏽 I bought one of each for my own curiosity and didnt get around to skirmishing this one. I’ll formally list it on the forum at the end of the week 😁
  16. You could try big Steve’s builds? He’s based around Dorset/Hampshire way. He’s very good with GBB - not sure about AEG though.
  17. A lot of their manuals are in the TM website in Japanese (thank god for built in google translate on chrome). some of the newer manuals such as the AKX, AKM and G17.5 aren’t digitised on their website from what I can see. sometimes if you’re lucky, fire support have got digital copies listed on their website to download for free.
  18. Played at Special Ops HQ - the fireplace in Milton Keynes on Friday night. It was a rare opportunity for a night game as I’m not normally in area on a Friday night. I spent the whole night trying not to get shot in the face, thinking about the wedding photos for my friend… instead of getting shot in the face, someone got a good angle and I was shot in the “two veg”… I was then shot a few more times because my hand wasn’t raised 😂 Anyway, it was an awesome night and a good indoor venue - I’d highly recommend giving the site a visit. I ran my GHM9-G and a few TM glocks - I’m very impressed with the GHM9 and loved that one type of magazine serviced both RIFs 👍🏽
  19. Latest edition to my pistol collection. Wiitech make an aluminium slide with steel threaded barrel. looks fantastic with a comp and also takes a light weight tracer unit with no problems.
  20. Heads up, I’ve now tried 5 different slides (Proarms, detonator x 2, mafioso and wiitech) for the gen5 and so far the Wiitech seems to be the winner (depending on what you want from a pistol). It comes with steel rails to protect the aluminium body from wear. it also comes with a steel fluted threaded barrel and a matching 6.03 brass TBB. The comps and thread protectors are pretty fairly priced as well. The kit is drop in (although you’ll need to slightly modify the sights if you have pro arms tritium supressor sights). it’s also in the midrange of slide prices. Mine was £170 inc shipping (so £200 after tax). The detonator slides and mafiosio were far more expensive. I’ve also got a near identical mafioso steel slide G17.5. The kit is fantastic quality and comes with a full assembled guide rod specifically for the slide set. its a heavy slide but the gen5 gas system moves is scarily easily. It recoils faster than some of my gen3s with aluminium slides. Both G17.5s have the same internals: -CCT piston lid -CCT spring set - Wiitech 200% recoil springs - Wiitech steel recoil rod - Wiitech aluminium recoil spring cage - JDG magwell - Proarms tritium sights
  21. I’ve given myself a headache trying to process what’s going on with that surefire 😂😂
  22. takes Mapgul and PTS grips, so will accept any M4 RS grip 🙂 im debating getting the MP9 version as well. But it means buying more mags 😅
  23. All of the photos don’t appear to have uploaded properly - they’re just black squares. Might be worth trying to reupload the photos.

Looking to buy two TM G17.5 MOS. ideally BNIB but they’re donor pistols so without box in working condition is also good! The less few that have sold BNIB have gone for £200 with extra magazines included - so that’s my budget for each one. ideally price will include shipping and fees but we can talk about collection if you’re not too far from South Wales.
