  1. Exciting news! It's great that more firearms manufacturers are starting to follow suit in creating airsoft sections.
  2. I've been holding out in the hope that someone would release this version! The latest I've heard from AG is that preorders will start next month, and that a limited edition full ICS L85A3 in tan or black will be released as a compete package with the rail too.
  3. I think it looks great, but it also looks like it'll cost a fair bit.
  4. Angry Gun will be releasing an M-LOK handguard for the SA80 to keep up with the latest version of the A3, as troops have complained about various components on the current version. I messaged AG and they said to expect it around Christmas time, and that it will come Cerakoted and feature the correct H&K trademarks. They're also releasing an ICS L85 painted in tan (or black) and will have the handguard and optic rail pre-installed like they have done already with the 'HKey' version. Attached is a teaser image of a production model, along with the real version.
  5. I carried the real thing on a daily basis during my time in the forces. The trigger is awful. Yes it's heavier like the real steel, but the pull is waaay off and is mushy and just terrible.
  6. Update. It's a gorgeous collector's piece, but awful to skirmish with. Like I said before, the hop is awful and the trigger is hyper-unrealistic. It's not very accurate beyond 10 or so metres too. I ended up selling mine, but it would be good for someone using it for drills, possibly joining the military or armed police etc.
  7. I have a wanted post up where I'm looking for a particular scope. I received a message from user Chankz (recent joiner), telling me to email [email protected] who has a scope for sale. I emailed 'Abraham' who sent me some website photos of the item, and had a very poor knowledge of it. He wouldn't give me an asking price and kept asking me to offer. I asked him to send me a time-stamped picture and all communication stopped. Possible scammer for everyone's attention.
  8. Sorry for the late reply. It's beautifully made and feels very close to the real deal. The slide racks like no other airsoft pistol. You can't feel the nozzle moving at all, which makes it feel very nice to rack. Loading the mags is tricky and slow. The baseplate retention spring often retracts inside the mag and I find I have to prod it with a screwdriver to get it to spring back in place. On a positive note, they look amazing and feel well-built. The trigger is weird. It's heavy, but also a little mushy. I don't like how it feels and it doesn't feel realistic IMO. Don't get me wrong, it's better than most other airsoft triggers, but it's far from feeling like the real thing. The hop is a bastard to adjust, but it's fine once it's set. It shoots 0.30g BBs nicely, but accuracy isn't it's party piece. The recoil impulse is tremendous, and it actually takes skill and some practice to accurately land follow-up shots. It's a proper training tool and great for collectors, but I think it'll struggle to keep up with more traditional type pistols. It's definitely a trade off of realism over airsoft playability, if that makes sense!
  9. Update. Mine has arrived!
  10. Yet you take the time to make another sarcy comment. I was just telling you what it stands for, and that it's not a mistake on DE's behalf.
  11. Has anyone managed to get one yet? I see Patrol Base has them in stock now. I'm still waiting on a preorder at LWA
  12. How mature of you. Yes, ASG will be the European distributor for this rifle.
  13. Col stands for Cartridge Overall Length.
  14. I spat my proverbial coffee out when I saw the price of these guns.
  15. Black Friday deal. ASG B&T USW A1, ASG B&T tracer unit/suppressor, China clone RMR sight and a Surefire torch.
  16. My TM Scar-l CQC. My first Tokyo Marui rifle, what a difference!
