  1. Sent one last week £14 with PF48
  2. I was at the MOA today didn’t see this , in fact rather lacking in any TM stuff
  3. I would keep them, a collector may want one,, I once sold a empty Tamiya R/C car box for £20 on eBay to a collector
  4. So I recently bought a AKX and 5 extra mags from impulse 101 Shipping from impulse to the UK took about 4 days Borderforce took 3 months to do there part of it which involved sending me a letter asking for my defence (ukara) which was all over the shipping documents in the first place and a breakdown in fees I had to pay. In the end the total amount inc all the charges was £850 which was ever so slightly cheaper than buying in the UK. Main driving point for me was the fact was not many UK stores had any stock , probably wouldn’t import a RIF again but would easily use them for magazines as they work out much cheaper.
  5. My TM AKX with Magpul handstop and Vortex red dot
  6. If your going by air perhaps prepare yourself as the gearbox with motor fitted could raise some eyebrows on x ray scanners
  7. Well it looked like he was loading a mws magazine, I thought it looked like he had added some kind of attachment ?
  8. So I recently used Impulse101 to purchase a Akx & 5 extra magazines From purchase to getting to the UK took 4days It then sat with Border force for 8 weeks, until they sent me a letter asking for proof of my defence ,even though my Ukara number was clearly on the parcel and shipping documents , I replied with my Ukara number along with some booking confirmations from events. Another week went by and I got a letter and email explaining the charges I needed to pay which totalled £166 for handling charges and import fees in total the AKX with 5 mags inc postage and Border Force Charges totalled just over £800. It basically still worked out cheaper than buying the same items from a UK store long as you don’t add on the time it sat in a warehouse in Coventry.
  9. Ok hive mind, work are sending me out to Taipei for a few weeks, I know there’s an awful lot of retailers and manufacturers based in Taiwan, has any body got any advice on any good stores to visit?
  10. Used several times never had a problem
  11. Used them as they had a deal on MWS magazines, took around 5 days to get into the UK, no customs charges would happily use them again
  12. Nice little drop from impulse101, parcelforceworldwide can go screw themselves though
