Coming next Licking Mustard being Guiness Certified as the world record holder for "most obnoxious airsoft personality"

@Dentonboy I had this last weekend. Ended up last minute.com ing my kit and running round in the woods with a ngrs that really needs a service (240fps on .25s) and had the time of my life. Was competing with hicap heroes using low fos and midsize and getting some brilliant kills through field craft and thinking rather than eying on kit. Was a lot of fun. (Not as much fun as sneaking up on an oblivious Player whilst using an m60 but y'know)

I figured that however I know it shares a lot of DNA with the cz shadow series.

I've been offered an absolute steal of a deal on a B&T USWA1 with a broken hop part. I'm making the assumption that it's the same as the unit in the shadow etc but can anyone confirm? As an additional before I go down the rabbit hole of new gun, new mags etc are these worth the effort?

Tokyo Marui Saiga 12 GBBR Tri Shot Shotty Announced.

@AK47frizzle not to argue but have you seen the range TM tm trishots typically achieve when fed .25s despite them being fixed hop? -
One final question if I may. Has anyone tried the firefly hop rubbers with the MWS, I know that soft is normally the option for sub DMR FPS guns but is there a limit on what soft will hop weighhtwise. Or (After all that) is the modify tan a better option?

So omega tensioner, yellow autobot and a 410mm barrel should be good to go then?

Just got back my Costa Carry build from a service with these guys and they are fantastic. Good comms, good service, good price. If you need parts or work done definitely a good place for it. -
Evening gentlemen. Been a while. Finally built up a longer second upper. 350-400mm inner barrel. What brand and diameter and why? Eyed up an EdGI stainless... But £130 notes is a bit strong to say the least. An ML crazy jet (£50) seems okay procewise but my previous experience with them suggests they aren't the "bestest barrel evah" that I've seen them claimed to be. Stock TM VSR barrel any good? Honestly all I want is an inner barrel setup that doesnt stop half way up the outer. Ideally allowing a slightly tighter group out to woodland ranges on .28s/.3s or similar

Setting up a CQB Site, What Should I Be Thinking About?
hunter511 replied to Graham Ranson's topic in Other Events and Meets
Further down the line.... desired customer base. No point in running a site with planned out complex multi-objective games if 3/4 of your customers just want to play capture the flag and vice versa. I remember a few years back showing up to what was supposed to be a milsimesque skirmish at Longmoor (£50 game fee) to find that the company had had a brainfart and literally expected the clientele to be happy with "flag in the middle of the street needs to get to your base and not the opposing teams" type games. Suffice to say that pretty much everyone thought this was a waste of the sites possibilities and a damn shame given the games the operators in question normally ran. Game flow....... as an example nothing more tedious and game killy than someone sat on a choke point with a chest full of hicaps or a drum mag. -
Yup. I've had a visit from the old bill after buying a holster and a TLR1 torch from the states. Was kind of pathetic to be honest, they pitched up about 4 weeks after it'd been delivered. Knocked on the door asked if I had ordered the items and why, then just kinda wandered off.

That would be the "when you want a desert eagle look". Honestly tho I cant say I've ever seen that before. 3d printed maybe? Gunsmith Bros two two slideset probably the 7" version. IF you can find one in stock. https://www.redwolfairsoft.com/accessories-metal-receivers-slides-gbb-gunsmith-bros-aluminum-two-two-open-6-inch-for-tokyo-mauri-hi-capa-5-1-gbb-pistol-2-tones.html

Some people just need patting on the head, with a brick. This fairly obviously is one of them.

Hive mind assemble, After finally managing to remove the rail system and barrel from my mtr I'm considering a new, less janky looking front end. I have a BCM type outer barrel, looking at 13" and up handguards. Ive got a built up 9inch BCM set up for cqb, what I need/want is a decent setup for woodland that has decent inner barrel length (unlike the stock set up) and will provide relative consistency and accuracy. Ideally short dotted and capable of .28s. Suggestions for inner barrel accepted. Im hoping to use a stock marui rubber with super six g nub and at the moment I am deeply unimpressed with the modify tan rubbers. Both attempts Ive made to use them have failed hard. Also any suggestions for a longer preferably m-lok front end as the BCM ones seem to top out at 12" and I'm not a fan of marui's made up one?

I've always found McNett OpsDrops to be really good

Somehow only just noticed this thread...... Not a fan of the dead man's walk as discussed in here. IMO it's a slippery slope from this to "oh I'll just go use that respawn point behind the enemy lines" (yeah I have seen that). See also the concept of DBAD, the general guide I've always worked to is "does doing this make me a dick?". If so don't do it and therefore Don't Be A Dick.....

As a belated comment on this...... Badlands is a really good little site and I'm very fond of playing there. They are very good at controlling the day and the play. It's one of those little gems. I'm just hoping that the average level of play doesnt get dragged down by the influx of new players. (Don't get me wrong, I really liked CSW but I have witnessed some 'interesting' play there.)

Finally got the chance to run the full length stock MTR upper at UCAP green ops on sunday. On R144 and .25s colour me impressed. Had a really good day and made some very surprising shots considering the stock internal set up. Now to acquire a longer inner barrel and sort out a little more range and consistancy.....

Wow. Just got mine secondhand. Mags seem a bit of a weak point 4 of 6 mags DOA tho the previous owner says he serviced them before posting. That said a little bit of ptfe tape wrapped around the mag base under where the oring sits seems to have short term solved the problem. If it continues I guess I'll be looking at hylomar/liquid gasket..... Anyone got a link to a decent tear down vid in english? Need to get the barrel out as from a lokk through it its possibly never been cleaned. Plus going from the state of the barrel any recommendations on hop rubbers as I suspect that might be a write off as well.

In my experience angrygun kit is pretty solid. I've been lucky with my mtr and not had bad stock wobble. That said don't forget there are 2 real specs of ar15 stocktube.... commercial and milspec as well as "eh close enough" airsoft clone specs. https://www.fire-support.co.uk/product/angry-gun-mil-spec-cnc-6-position-buffer-tube-marui-mws-version
