  1. @LEGXGPF Dropped you a PM dude
  2. Super 6 to respond to my email....
  3. Hive mind assemble, After finally managing to remove the rail system and barrel from my mtr I'm considering a new, less janky looking front end. I have a BCM type outer barrel, looking at 13" and up handguards. Ive got a built up 9inch BCM set up for cqb, what I need/want is a decent setup for woodland that has decent inner barrel length (unlike the stock set up) and will provide relative consistency and accuracy. Ideally short dotted and capable of .28s. Suggestions for inner barrel accepted. Im hoping to use a stock marui rubber with super six g nub and at the moment I am deeply unimpressed with the modify tan rubbers. Both attempts Ive made to use them have failed hard. Also any suggestions for a longer preferably m-lok front end as the BCM ones seem to top out at 12" and I'm not a fan of marui's made up one?
  4. I've always found McNett OpsDrops to be really good
  5. Finally got the chance to run the full length stock MTR upper at UCAP green ops on sunday. On R144 and .25s colour me impressed. Had a really good day and made some very surprising shots considering the stock internal set up. Now to acquire a longer inner barrel and sort out a little more range and consistancy.....
  6. Wow. Just got mine secondhand. Mags seem a bit of a weak point 4 of 6 mags DOA tho the previous owner says he serviced them before posting. That said a little bit of ptfe tape wrapped around the mag base under where the oring sits seems to have short term solved the problem. If it continues I guess I'll be looking at hylomar/liquid gasket..... Anyone got a link to a decent tear down vid in english? Need to get the barrel out as from a lokk through it its possibly never been cleaned. Plus going from the state of the barrel any recommendations on hop rubbers as I suspect that might be a write off as well.
  7. Army Armament R501 available brand new for £80-90. Guys asking for offers and already turned down £65. Aaaand this kids is why we have Macks. A quick google might have told him that £120 wasn't a bargain price.........
  8. In my experience angrygun kit is pretty solid. I've been lucky with my mtr and not had bad stock wobble. That said don't forget there are 2 real specs of ar15 stocktube.... commercial and milspec as well as "eh close enough" airsoft clone specs. https://www.fire-support.co.uk/product/angry-gun-mil-spec-cnc-6-position-buffer-tube-marui-mws-version
  9. Angry gun do a milspec buffer tube that doesnt require rethreading your reciever.....
  10. You should be fine mate. Mine went straight on. I did IIRC need some barrel shims just to snug it up. That said now I think about it it's a laylax 8way barrel in there as AG aren't making a BCM 9inch outer. On monday I'll try and have a play about with the actual Tm barrel.
  11. @Softcore Angry gun BCM bolt, barrel, mcmr 8 rail and surefire blast warden. Furniture is RS stuff and the scout light setup is all genuine as well.
  12. Latest glamour shot of the soon to be finally completed BCM recce style cqb build.
  13. See.... I went the other way. Stock internals, more cqb friendly externals.
  14. Direct Action dump pouch...... Fast shipping from Poland and a feature I really like. Due to the design it can have other pouches inside its molle mounting. So yeah.... a folding dump pouch that doesn't hog up space. Also the personally signed thanks for buying our kit card is nice as well.
  15. Latest build state. Really liking the AngryGun BCM front end and Surefire Blast Warden. Next buys are BCM Gunfighter Mod 3 grip and a foregrip.
  16. Fire Support have a range of discounted prices on TM kit at the moment, https://www.fire-support.co.uk/imports/marui-sale-and-restock-2019-12-17
  17. Erm the madbull adaptors bolt straight on..... And I'll be selling a madbull Spikes Rial system shortly..... lol
  18. So......

Apparently Royal Fail have taken it upon themselves to "re-export for return to sender" a package of mine containing a dummy muzzle device, rail and trigger guard from Angry Gun, not because it's been pinged for charges that haven't been paid, or because I've failed to pick it up from the office, or not been in when delivery was attempted but simply because they can.

Looking forward to an entertaining chat with their customer services tomorrow.....

Sound like you might have been red flagged.  I don't even know if that's an Actual Thing, but if it were, I'd imagine you might have won one.

Royal Fail are free to tell you that their contract is with the sender, not with you (although they'll rinse you for VAT, duty and their bonus charge for charging you for them).

However, you are free to fire in with a Subject Access Request for any details they hold on you, including super-secret flags.

Might be worth doing the same with Border Farce and your local Constabulary as well.

  19. Having ordered from WGC, DenTrinity, RSOV, EbayBanned etc I am familiar with the general deal. At the same time given the hypersonic speed with which the first BCG was recieved in this group and the fact that AG is (presumably) an established business, not just a random 1 dude and a storefront I would at least expect updates after paying for the more expensive shipping........... However it is unusual for the Royal Mail to take this long to tell me I owe them a hostage fee plus customs.....
  20. Anyone else waiting on bits from Angry Gun? At the moment my bolt left China a week ago today and has still not arrived in the UK? That strikes me as one hell of a high endurance plane.......
  21. Jesus H Tittyfucking Christ............. I know the pound is weak, but £140 plus customs fees for an upper reciever (no internals) from impulse101.......... yeah, they can honestly go fuck themselves. Soooo anyone know a good option for a 9inch drop in outer barrel assembly for the mws? Got the bits for a BCM recce9 inbound just need that outer barrel goodness.
  22. Welp thats an Angry Gun lightweight BCM bolt on the way for me too, time to start sourcing new bits for the CQB setup.
  23. Continuing the Angry gun hype
  24. Adding to the fluff level Angry Gun are looking at releasing a complete lightweight bolt assembly and MPA nozzle. Total weight 111g claimed. Coming in a variety of finishes including this sexy little number.....
  25. Morning all, on a vaguely related note is there a reccomended lightweight bolt carrier for these? At the moment I've found at least 4 different lightweight bolt offerings from Guns Modify, UAC, Asura Dynamics, Dynamic Precision and some other companies. Anyone got any experience with any of them? If I'm honest I'm mainly considering the GM CNC Aluminium bolt. Planning on grabbing one of the 6G gunsmith pre-loaders for the recoil spring and considering one of the G&P roller weights for the bolt to try and minimise the sticktion/friction in the bolt cycle. Anyone got experience in this field as well? As above either a MWS subforum or a move to "Show off your MWS" and "MWS Tech thread" would IMO help as this thread whilst great is beginning to become a touch bulky and difficult to find things in. Certainly I know there's bits and bobs I need to find here but 86 pages is a bit excessive unless I have at least a spare hour to comb through for what I'm after.
