A Lambda 6.05 barrel. Giving the brand a go.
Have used PDI and Prometheus in the past. The former can be very picky with rubbers and general hop up arrangements.
Have used them about four times this year. No complaints. Usually ship the next day after ordering.
Have had orders come via the Post office and DPD couriers. Good for some of the more obscure parts or to
bulk buy BBs if your usual sources are out.
Have had a similar problem with a wooden grip. AEG sounded great until the pistol grip went on.
Ended up using a rough grit sand paper to take material off the sides of the inside of the grip.
Another option might be a small O-ring between the screw and the pistol grip to replicate the way it came from the factory.
Just to echo the above poster, shimming the motor cage might be a good idea. In the past have glued a pair of 1mm shims to the top of
the motor cage (either side of where the pinion came out). Eliminated the slack completely.
Based on experience with the quality of some of the microswitches in airsoft. If you're opening up the gearbox ( admittedly not too bad on 249) it's one candidate to replace. Particularly if plan on running higher capacity batteries.
Yeah wish they would still crank out their offerings. Have a Chimera in one of my Aks.
Going to try some of Jefftron's kit in the future. Planning on installing one of their basic SHS based models in my Galil.
Will be curious as to how their V3 Leviathan shapes up.
It was with a RPK, so quite finicky with the long barrel. That was also the precision line rather than the super precision one.
Might give them another try. Thanks.
They seems fairly decent from what I have seen of people testing them on YouTube. Find it curious they don't seem to have a 0.30g offering at the moment.
Herosharks kit is great, have a pair of his viper goggles that I use for range shooting.
Ordered a gate warfet. Sick of getting E07 codes on the Titan. My gearbox grease application style doesn't agree with them.
The fees are a bit annoying indeed. Although at one point during the Covid outbreak, they seemed to be only doing surface shipping.
So I am still waiting for a package that was sent in May.
