  1. If the get the right length, but wrong waist size, many dry cleaners do alterations, get a size as close as you can to what you need and get it altered. Cheers G
  2. must be magic too if if can shoot straight for 80m
  3. Do you use them as is, or flat hop them? cheers G
  4. Various bits for my APE, will try to flat hop it - Prommy purple Hop Rubbers - new hop up, as arm broke - Laylax Prometheus Hop Up Flat Tensioner as recommended by A. Hamster on Amazon 😁 new TM G17 mag and hop rubber for the Glock various bits to redo Tippman TDC mod to make ajustment tool less Various spares for the CXP-16 Busy this weekend breaking my guns 😉
  5. I'm sure I read a warning on the forum somewhere about buying upgraded TM guns.
  6. I seem to be developing a similar problem too 😉 I did think about that gun, but tbh I think something like your MWS is more me.
  7. Where did you see you need a MOSFET? I can't find it on the website. Need somewhere to play next weekend where I can test the Tippmann, and can't fit a MOSFET 😉
  8. It's better than my other scope. I think 3x is about right tbh, I think that's what you said before about the DMR, go for low magnification. Definitely more than enough and tempted to get one in black for the DMR.
  9. I put my Elcan scope on the CXP-16. I'll probably take off the BUIS and move it back a bit more. Cheers G
  10. Looks good. In terms of changes, change the connector to Deans for a start. Cheers G
  11. It looks great in the pic, what's it like close up? for £200 starting to get tempting, I think there are also online services that print.
  12. Waiting till 3D printers come down in price, always wanted to get one. What software did you use to design it? Cheers G
  13. Did you get that 3D printed, or print yourlself?
  14. And we know you really want a Vector 😁
  15. I'm assuming at that price it is real. I paid £9 for my M88 helmet and added a £5 cover. Good enough for now, but might get a fast helent down the line. I might consider £800 for a top of the range gun maybe, but not for a helmet. But with airsoft I have found my budget expecations move upwards the longer I play.
  16. Did you put a cut down M90 spring in it 😀
  17. I can hit a man sized target at 35-40m with my Evo. What range do you get with that? Will see if I can get anywhere near that with my glock on the weeked, 😉 Cheers G
  18. I think it depends on your size, and how you play. I have an MTP army surplus belt which has 3 rows of Molle and it is comfortable for me, but I'm nearly 50 with a 40 inch waist. It needs to sit on your hips if properly adjusted according to my ex-Army buddy, so your hips take the weight rather than shoulders. Cheers G
  19. Yep, should have gone to Deans if changing it.
  20. Weird, why is it two tone? I don't think they do that in the US.
  21. Is the the new definition of "New"? If so I have loads of "new" stuff I bought, tried, and then put in the cupbaord for years 😁
  22. I assume he means mini Tamiya 😉 But I wouldn't call that a selling point, especially if he changed it from Deans 😀
  23. I'm weeks if not months away from doing anything with the rails, waiting till I get the performance right. I like the tinkering aspect of Airsotf as much as playing. What sort of tools would I need? I've already been busy doing loads to the internals. I've completely stripped the Tippmann and put it back together again a few times, it's a lot easier than an AEG. It's had 2 inner barrels and 2 different buckings, flat hopped, since I bought it. Also serviced it, greased O rings internally, removed the piston to convert to semi only, change the ROF setting, re-did the TDC mod, greased the buffer spring, taken off the buffer tube etc. Next on the list is the dwell mod. To do all the above, in terms of specialist tools, just needed the barrel/buffer tube spanner that came with the gun and various hex keys, mainly imperial ones as Tippmann uses imperial rather than metric. Cheers G
