  1. Moving on to something a bit more controversial 😀
  2. I don't normally go in for effing and blinding, but aren't we allowed to swear on here now? Just wondered as the title is censored. Cheers G
  3. I'd love to give something like that a try, but would be wary of breaking it. Hey man, I've got five kids to feed! . Or maybe it was 4.. Number 5 was a HK94A3. G
  4. Looked it up, if you include postage VAT etc, might run to over £1200, but I wouldn't want to pay anywhere near that for a pistol.
  5. Hi You might want to double check the price, decimal point might be in the wrong place. Cheers G
  6. 4 weeks to go until I can apply for UKARA. Hope they are running the compo monthly
  7. It was about 5 degrees and raining when I went out like that. When it warms up I'll just wear an UBACs on top. And I don't do too much running around like the younger players.
  8. That's why I ended up going the Osprey PC route for MTP, it just all matched and looked way better than my orginal CP vest. The full face mask kind of ruins the look, but I like my teeth Cheers G
  9. I don't get why. But having just put my PLCE and Assault Vest in the washing machine I feel clean
  10. These are the ones I got, they were so cheap I got all the colours.
  11. Build quality isn't that great, but it's not bad either, stitching seems fine. I needed to tape up the ends of the cables as they had sharp wire on the ends. But it's certainly a bargain at £16, so much so that I will probably get other colours if I decide to get other loadouts. Will be trying out for the first time in 3 weeks. Probably find it was made in the same factory as the Miltec one. It's a bit snug on me, but I could do with losing a couple stone. Main downside for me wass waiting 3 weeks for delivery. Cheers G
  12. Looks just like my unbranded vest from China, I paid just under £16.
  13. Hi You could make a velcro loop if you can stich it. May look naff, but functional. Cheers G
  14. I wouldn't want to spend that much on one gun, maybe 3 or 4 for that. Having said that I'm glad you can't sell airsoft guns on eBay. I keep getting recommendations based on what I bought before and have loads of stuff. Just need one more pouch .... Am tempted by Skorpion for 350 on here, only lack of UKARA is saving me . If it's still there in a month who knows.
  15. Gun alone is 650 on PB, but out of stock. I don't know how much the rest is worth. Do prices of guns fall over time? Maybe he paid more than that orginally. G
  16. Bought a new outfit to go shopping..... at the Mall
  17. I might be over cautious, but just covered all the windows to test my new flash mag. I have mentioned to my closest neighbour that I have an airsoft gun, mine is still two tone, as I don't have UKARA membership yet. Even then i wouldn't take it outside. But at least 10 houses can see into my garden so I wouldn't risk it.
  18. Hi Wouldn't recommend it. You can get arrested, armed police turn up etc. Find a skimish site with a range and practice there. A 15 year old can shoot one, and even own one, but cannot buy one. Cheers G
  19. Looks fine to me, this is a better pic, https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Tactical-Mechanics-Wear-Athletic-Gloves-Mens-Military-Army-Driving-Airsoft-Shoot/273035787690?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&var=572277006446&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649 Not sure why they obscured some gloves and not others. Made in Vietnam, even the Chinese are outsourcing now The material between the fingers isn't too thick. I get hand cramp with thick gloves when doing DIY, so I assume it would be the same for Airsoft, so this works for me. I didn't have a problem when I went Skirmishing with this brand of glove.
  20. They are the ones with the hard plastic on the fingers/back of the hand. These are the ones I got - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Tactical-Mechanics-Wear-Athletic-Gloves-Mens-Military-Army-Driving-Airsoft-Shoot/273035787690?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&var=572277006446&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649 Two arrived in the post this morning.
