Easiest way to deal with it is to just ask the seller to send a PayPal invoice to you, listing the goods and postage, for the entire amount that they want you to pay. The issue I'd have is giving that much money to some random in return for a Frankengun that may perform, better, the same, or worse than a stock one. It's not the parts that matter, it's how the the sum of them perform together.

God dammit. TaiwanGun have been doing that for a while. A couple of us fired in complaints to PayPal (it's a breach of their contract) but we've been fobbed off.
