    Going off for Vietnam themed silliness again this weekend.   

     

    Still picking the thorns out of my knees after the last game.  

     

    Still haven't got round to getting a cheap set of gel filled kneepads.

      Playwell martial arts shop online.   I use them for kung fu too.  A decent set lasts well.
