  1. A personal unicorn, just purchased a Platatac ball cap in Afghan NDS camouflage:
  2. I will say that my stock MWS lifts Geoff's 0.30g happily to 50m or so. I will have to go down the nub/bucking route as suggested by Wolf at some point though.
  3. Recent buys: A salty S&S Precision 1 point sling in MC. Been more about selling off my no longer used bits this month!
  4. I believe it is a KWA one. I was told they're quite rare when I bought the MP7 as a package, but I am currently watching another on a well known auction site...
  5. Put a GG&G mount (courtesy of @Jacket) onto my MWS, and put the Magpul sling mount onto the MP7. MP7 now sports my Eotech, sadly too small for the magnifier. Just waiting on a one-point S&S Precision sling for the MP7 and I might be happy with it...for the next week. Happy with the MWS and aiming to use some Geoff's 0.30gs through it on Sunday. D-bal and a light next for the MP7... If anyone is in need of some pouches (MC and CB), hit me up. Need some funds now...
  6. You can flip brands. I have made some decent profit on Marui, Crye, LBT, BFG, Platatac items. Generic Airsoft kit...nah, not so much.
  7. On JD Bay, the seller has split the package... 1 is now £375, the other £350... SMH 🤙
  8. I hear the USN are using parcel tape as camouflage for their new F-35s. Easy to source, even a kid can apply it.
  9. Ohhhhh, well, that is definitely worth such a price tag. Please stand still while I secrete £20 notes in your G-String.
  10. http://www.jdbay.net/listings/package-deal Specna Arms Mk.18 - around £160 delivered from GunFire. Army Armament's L85 - around £150?! Two £50 pistols, a case and some magazines is what, £150 tops?! So a very generous £400 or so. But this guy wants £700, but hey, postage is included...
  11. Was the Urban MOUT the one on eBay recently?! Yes, the Sand looks like it will be 'dry weather only' tbh!
  12. I too thought Lipos were over complicated and was worried about the charging. Made the leap with this charger in 2015 and not looked back since and feel a Berk for not doing it years earlier. This charger is literally plug in and play. The only thing I worry about with Lipos now is overusing them, so I swap out and replace, usually at lunchtime.
  13. There is *nothing* quite like doing reloads like you are Val Kilmer in 'Heat' whilst using the MWS in a firefight. Drop...insert...slap...fire and repeat. Hugely satisfying.
  14. Pretty much completed my AVS after stumbling across a Crye MC 2.0 back panel I had no intention of buying...honest... ...if anyone wants the same Crye panel but in black...hit up my PMs...
  15. TBF, it is out of stock on your link - and may be elsewhere too. I know some people who would pay a bit more for an out of stock gun. I really regret not grabbing an A&K SR25K when Taiwan gun were practically giving them away for £150 last year.
  16. Been in touch with a guy at a barracks-town-address who was clearing out his kit: Crye medium GP SPS pouch in MC for £25 BFG large pouch in MC for £20 Crye Back Panel 2.0 in MC for £100. Retailer is legit. They do WE stuff for crazy cheap money at times.
  17. So, perusing Action Hobbies' site usually leads to me loosening the purse strings and last week was no exception. The owner is starting to sell second hand Rifs and accessories at reasonable prices and I grabbed a KWA MP7A1 plus suppressor and five mags for £165 posted. It arrived quickly, had been serviced and very well packed. The owner has phoned me twice since to follow up on a missing hop tool and I have been very impressed by the customer service received so far. The 'boneyard' section of their website is well worth a butcher's - he has told me that new additions are being added and it is an often overlooked approach in the UK Airsoft retail market. Would recommend and will shop there again.
