  1. Didn't they already do this, or announce this a while ago? Or is this a new one? Also, i don't think i ever saw a box fresh TM item out there for RRP. I got a NGRS SD6 when they were barely in the UK for about 70% of the RRP at the time, which was about 50% of the UK price. What this means for the UK and the distributors is a whole other thing.
  2. Glock lawyer: "You can't make a G17!" TM: "It's not a 17, its a shortened G34" (i know it might not be lawyers, it might a bit of production issues too)
  3. Just got a refund notice saying that due to traffic, the things I’ve ordered aren’t in stock… A truly fitting end edit: looks like they did phone me. But I’ll try and reorder the bb’s and ignore the out of stock stuff
  4. BLS are generally considered pretty good i think. I've also had good results from ASG cursed
  5. I dont have an order in with them, but hopefully some stock finds it way to the UK, even with mark ups. Remind me, the 17.5 works with older mags but is better with the latest mags?
  6. This post just cost me £150, as i went "ooohhh BBs".. which led to more BBs, some grease, a spare mag, and now a glock 19. 😬
  7. So to summarise: - No planning permission - SSSI land - Skirt around the rules, trying to use loopholes - Owners with a dubious history of running a business It's not often i side with the local council - but this one seems pretty open and shut
  8. I found with them they were pretty decent if you knew what you wanted and were willing to spend - they didn't like window shoppers as much. Also the sale is pretty bare bones - most decent stuff has either been sold or returned to the distributor i think. But still some gems in there,
  9. So much for me not spending too much on guns this year…
  10. As others have mentioned, it should be ok. I think the short version of the law is "Pressure bearing parts = naughty list".
  11. I would try new hop rubber + nub, and whilst you're there a new barrel (if you're feeling flush). Whilst my Tac 41 has just been dressed up and only had a spring change in it, the reviews say OOTB it should be pretty good. Whack the hop up to overhop the 0.4's then dial it back to see what the flight path is. A VMP wouldn't help address the issues of range/accuracy (i don't think, but happy for someone to correct me)but for more fine tuning and getting that last 5/10 fps.
  12. https://tenor.com/en-GB/view/moe-the-simpsons-youll-be-back-pointing-accusing-gif-18700456 Edit: it is April 1st...
  13. Is PTS the actual OEM of this, or is it just another mid range M4 in a frock with designer labels?
  14. Not that we thought @danbo666 was lying, but to remove any lingering doubts…
  15. Personally i want a Volante FNX slide. Wider view point - an affordable MILES solution that everyone would love and enjoy, and be affordable. Failing that, someone to resurrect BO Dynamics electromagnetic gear box. All 3 are about as realistic as the less fewer cunts opinion above.
  16. So I went in to buy a thigh strap for the deadly customs holster. Came out with only the strap... followed by this
  17. Look forwards to hearing your thoughts on it. I have a soft spot for slab sided / "tactical" revolvers so the 2 they showed at MOA look tasty.
  18. Morning. No, not normal. Scam. This site (and prefired, usedairsoft, airsofthub etc) don't have an escrow service so always pay/get paid by the buyer or seller directly.
  19. Just bought one of these based on this post - was looking for a universal light bearing holster and this combined with the ex-police x300's from ebay seems like a good fit
  20. These are now available in the UK with a few retailers at around the £480 mark, a bit less for the rattler. But no trades apart from Octagon who laser's them on himself.
  21. Cut to a meeting in Whitehall where someone with hentai cat ears and a HRC discord mod give a presentation on why VFC is better than a TM.
  22. "High-end gas-powered airsoft rifles can be purchased for as little at £250 and upwards of £1,700 online in the UK." For once, a press piece is actually (semi) accurate with some details. But TBH, i would like to think airsofters over the age of 23 are switched on enough to know that these are toys, and military life is more than just shooting people. And the 95% of the rest wouldn't pass the fitness or aptitude tests.
  23. A two-fer this morning. At best, widely optimistic. Or the "I've tried to sell it, oh well" https://www.usedairsoft.co.uk/rif-s/electric-powered/bundle_i77028 https://www.usedairsoft.co.uk/rif-s/electric-powered/tokyo-marui-tm-416c-recoil_i77016
  24. Ah fair enough. I was hoping for the opposite - a version with so many steel rails and attachments that only 5% of players can lift it
