Alright geeeeeeze, Welcome aboard!

You only have to have a valid defence to buy a realistic imitation firearm ie be a active member of a skirmish site, or work for a tv/film company etc Ukara is purely a retailers database. I play mostly at Ucap sites and they are not UKARA affiliated but I can still buy RIFS as I have a Valid defence. My site membership number.

Never take your rif out in public = no brainer. Just go out in a Borat Mankini, will make much more of a statement and possibly won't end up in the police being called. Possibly. :/

Lol, I wouldn't use any website that does not know the law, also keep away from websites that use the word bbgun in the title/name. There is a whole section here on recommended retailers. But if you are looking to buy a rif you should really go hold it, sight it, play around with it smell it before you part with your hard earned currency.

Depends what sort of site you intend to play most Demon, I play a lot of woodland and have had Charlene tuned to be firing at the maximum 350fps and rock. 25bb's. Making her pretty darn accurate at mid-long range. I also use a X4 acog with back up angled iron sites for any stragglers that wander in too close for the acog's zoom. The X4 is such a help outside I would highly recommend it. You can follow the bb's trajectory further and adjust accordingly. It also comes in handy for spotting enemy and identifying armband colour etc. For indoors/cqb I have a X1 red dot a magnification is useless. Hope this helps?

My experience: If I wear my fast helmet, I sweat more. So I tend to fog up more. Baseball cap hardly fog at all. I also use Muck off on my ess ice which works ok for me but if you wipe it out in the field with your glove u screwed. Better to stick to the anti fog wipes/cloths that come with the eyepro. Bolle rush have some sort of coating which iv tried and work really well but they are the lowest acceptable safety grade rating and I'm not sure I would want to take a direct hit from a bolt action sniper rifle to test how good that rating is. Not worth risking your mince pies. Nose breathing, blowing air down are good techniques to use. It all helps, but generally I always take my mesh goggles in my utility pouch because if it gets really bad can switch overr for the remainder of the game. I believe goggles fog more as they designed for large amounts of air to be passing through them? Like guys who jump out of planes n sh*t. As opposed to grown men who run around playing with toy guns.

Welcome fellow pew pew pewer, You don't have to register with Ukara, you just need to be a registered member of a skirmish site with a membership number. Ukara registration only useful if you plan on ordering from loads of different websites. Makes it easier for the retailer to check that you are eligible to purchase RIFS as Ukara is purely a retailers database.

I'm really happy with my Par Mk3 291. Have seen the cqb version in the shop, it's def different! What ever you do if you get one DONT GET TAN. It's hideous in Tan and the receiver is a slightly different colour to the rail. The outta the box rear wire is nice too. Great rate of fire out of the box also. -
Man, that was some tense speed loading. Must of been the dramatic music

Hi, welcome to the boards, I found when I started out it easier to talk to people out in the field of play. If your regular site has a facebook group try to join that and get involved in banter /discussion there too. Always a good way to get chatting on the day. Just play with integrity and don't be scared of getting shot. I also found if you push objectives with other players you'll have chance to discuss how you took down 10 enemy one handed John rambo style while watching the backs of the other guys who stormed the building, saved the girl and making it back for breakfast. As opposed to running off to secret squirrel it on your own and popping out the trees about 10mins after everyone else has done and headed back to the safe zone

Ok, On the budget front buying the cannon is just the start, you need to allow a separate budget for x2 batteries, extra magazines, optics (although not as important) and depending what sort of site you play maybe a tac light. I would recommend getting a sling early too. I got ICS guns which are mid range quality guns with good internal parts, will splash the cash on a marui shock recoil eventually When I win on the pools -
Depends what floats your boat I guess, I don't actually like the look of the ape, I'm more of a hog man

Hi and welcome, I was amazed at the number of players at the bunker last time I went that just ran goggles. Including my mate who that very night took a direct hit to his pie hole whilst calling a hit splitting his tongue, breaking a back tooth in half and leaving him with a hairline fracture to his jaw bone. Lower face recommended for cqb. Don't rule out woodland either, my most enjoyable games have been in the woods to date. I find it has more dynamics, ie camoflage, tactics etc. What's your budget btw? -
What Entry level M4 should I buy.
Randymanpipe replied to Jacob Barker's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
What sort of sites will you be playing? If it's CQB then you will want a sorter m4 variant, I have an ICS CXP for indoors and a long barrel ICS PAR Mk3 with X4 Acog for out doors. Both cracking guns, although a bit above your budget. The G&G have inferior internals apparently? Although I am no tech savy so can't speak from personal experience. -
The Tar is beast gun on BF3 though
-
Come to think of it the P90 and F2000 aint no oil paintings either
-
If your throwing the Tar21 in there trigg you better leave room for the L85 as well.

Proud new owner of a TM 416 Recoil!!! :) any advice?

Cha ching! $$$$$$$$. -
'I'm afraid the deflector shield will be quit operational when you friends arrive' mwahahahahahahaha

I was handling a TM shock recoil 417 yesterday at combat south. Oh man it truly is a thing of beauty. It's got all the looks and Hk branding with the knowledge that it has the quality internals to back it up. The 416/417 are far more impressive to look at and handle than the scar-h o L in my opinion. If I was to buy another aeg it would be the 417 fo show
