    Recent-ish pic of my CAR-15 and delta force kit. Shortly after I went up to my elbows in a ditch and got the gun thouroughly soaked. Had to give it a good airing out in the sun on the dashboard for the rest of the gameday!🤣

    I have used MantisX in a demonstration. See my posts in the thread here: That system displays on a smartphone screen, which you clamp onto your chosen weapon in front of the sights and it reacts to the sound of the weapon cycling - so needs a noisy weapon / quiet environment

    I've never been, but have meant to get over and try it out. I suppose with DriverWood so close to where I am based, I've got a little lazy. However, now that Driverwood has hoovered up a lot of Dogtag's previous custom it is getting pretty congested (i.e. apparently 160 there last Sunday), so even more impetus to try out Invicta before it closes. They run a tight ship at their Blacksite venue, so I imagine the general marshalling and organisation for the woodland site will be much the same high standard? Fingers crossed for the Yalding site - actually a little closer to home than Invicta Woodland, and Yalding has a train station for those with no car (Asomodai)...

    TBH everyone goes through the full plate carrier period, it's what's generally seen in the media in the various conflicts etc, but the truth is they're overkill for airsoft for so many reasons, & most players eventually see the light & switch to more suitable kit.

    My rifle is a little front heavy (SRC AK, AK-100 style foregrips with a 1x40 and vertical grip), So I suppose that'd affect things. Eyepro's some generic goggles with a mesh lower facemask. Had some trouble with the mesh interfering with the cheek hold, But I've managed to form it so it's out the way enough. I get the feeling I'm either too small for the smallest size of Osprey, Or I've got it adjusted wrong. I may have to look into a battle belt or other rig. Thanks

    Hey everyone, I’ve been researching virtual shooting ranges and am curious about the best setups for home use. I’m looking for something that offers realistic feedback, good tracking, and supports various firearm training scenarios. Ideally, it should be compatible with a projector or large monitor, and not require a ton of space. I’ve seen options like Smokeless Range and Laser Ammo, but I'm not sure which provides the most value. Has anyone here set up a system they’d recommend? What hardware and software do you use, and how immersive is the experience? thanks in advance for any help

    Hi Holly, welcome to the forum, while I've never used any of the Osprey stuff, my understanding is they're quite heavy & cumbersome, with not much flexibility. Have you tried an alternative rig, or none at all for a short game, it will tell you if the vest is the problem. Alternatively is the rifle a good fit, possibly front end heavy ? Or even what eyepro/face protection are you using, many full masks will stop you aligning the sights properly, but if you force the mask down on to the rear stock in order to "sight" on your target, it's unlikely that your rifle will be shouldered properly. Lots of things to consider, more info is definitely needed ?

    Hi all, I'll get to the point, I run an Osprey MkIVa frequently, And I've always had a problem finding a comfortable shouldering position with my AEG. I get the feeling the rubber shoulder pad on the right is a bit too high, As the point where I'd usually shoulder my rifle is only half covered by the rubber, And slips easily. I'm really not a big person, And the vest is in the smallest 170 size. Just wondering if anyone if I have it adjusted wrong, Or if I'm shouldering it wrong? If more info's needed or anything like that I'll try and provide. I am new to the forums. Thanks in advance

    Hi for sale is the very last of my airsoft guns, I've had this from new and it's been well skirmished! I had to stop airsoft in 2011 so this has literally been sitting since! Selling as (project) as I've no idea if it's "working" I don't have batteries anymore! But the grease in the box has probably dried out so would suggest a strip/clean and lube as a matter of course before running it. Comes with cut down carry handle for irons, and an old imprint which is also an unknown as battery long died. Ras covers and vert grip, stock is a crane stock which is set up for battery so it's rear wired, I converted it in about 2007 and it never missed a beat! Also includes the last of my mags, assortment of marui and classic army hi-caps and some mag mid-caps. £150

    For sale is my Classic Army X9 Nemesis 8” Full Metal AEG with 6 Mid Cap Magazines In good condition, it has been skirmished a few times so does show some paint wear (minimal) It has a couple of upgrades: High Torque Motor Maple Leaf Super Macron Bucking & Omega Nub (lifts .32’s with ease) For a compact AEG the range & accuracy is impressive. With its programmable mosfet you can set fire modes using the trigger. ROF is very good on auto, Semi is super snappy too! Just crono’d at 1 joule on a .28 Comes with its original box. Postage can be arrange or collection (Near Milton Keynes) alternatively I play at RIFT sites (Redcon or Blackstone every weekend) Amazing RIF for the money! I’ve gone to GBBR’s only hence sale

    I don't think you even need that if you've seen the typical muzzle and trigger discipline of the average airsofter during the safety briefing.
