  2. Do they have licenses from Reptilia and B5 Systems? (No clue on that myself) They obviously have their sister companies for the added metaphorical/legal 'distance' for various other releases, not sure that's what's happening with this one. Feels more like they just went off early press release pics for the grip and I don't get the stock choice. Not that it matters because anyone who's trying to copy a setup will slide the knock-off Bravo right off and most likely slap on whatever else they saw in a military pic (which is basically always a CTR).
  3. Willing to take offers on this

  4. Well if you want to dig through EVERY box to find me a trigger sear for an S&T 1903A3 feel free😁 I look forward to adding some of your bit boxes to my bits box.
  5. Thanks both. I still Pew a bit using a golf cart type mobility scooter, but its not exactly stealthy! 🙃 but even with that I'm heading to ~90% chairsofter now. The pics above were just to give a rough idea of the scale of the problem - most of the boxes are ~60cm x 40cm, a few smaller and one much larger. Couldn't get them all in one shot hence the composite pic. I will need to spread out the contents of each one for actual selling type pics, plus the rule 5 bit of paper of course! 😁 I really don't want to have to fuss about with many individual bits, ~14 boxes plus about a dozen RIF's in various states to pack and post will be more than enough of a hassle for me to cope with as it is 😶. I'm not looking to get anyway near the true value out of this either (though contributing to my latest 'I shouldn't...' would be nice 😁), its more about moving the stuff on to people who can use it or even sell it on for themselves, and getting it out of my way.
  6. A quote that's survived the 2000s Thank you for the update. It's much appreciated. Glad it isn't my end playing up. Hope you guys get to the bottom of it with ease.
  7. Hi thank you so much that’s most helpful and very kind of you. Many Thanks
  8. Today
  9. This is AMAZING!!! He should resume this project, it is SO promising.
  10. Hey all, looking to tart my arp9 with some new furniture, its the gold and black one and im on the hunt for a suppressor/tracer that looks decent on it (my brass Bifrost just doesn't seem to go imo) Does anyone have any cool ideas about what may look good, like a mini honey badger perhaps? open to all ideas. Could also be looking for a new optic and light for it to, so happy to take all recommendations, feel free to show off your pimped up arp9s
  11. Hi everyone, just after a little help if possible? I have this old L85 that I was given about 8 years ago because it was broken, it’s been used as a prop in my Ex Army Land Rover since. Anyway, curiosity has got the better of me and I thought I’d have a go at fixing it. turns out someone had put the wrong screw in the side, which went straight through the micro switch which stopped it firing. I have replaced the switch, and after a fair bit of fiddling, got the gearbox all back together, it cycles on rapid and auto as it should (I think). But I’m not sure if it’s over running as it seems to stop with the gear engaged in the plunger? I’ve tried to add a slo-mo video of the cycle to show what I mean, I’d just like to know if this seems normal? The next problem is that BB’s don’t seem to be getting out the mag up into the Hopup, if I hold the unit upside down, drop a couple of BBs in then it stick my finger over the hole, it seems to cycle and fire the BBs at a reasonable rate, I’m fairly sure it the correct mag for it, it fits well, and the BB’s are released once it’s inserted, but it’s almost like the spring isn’t pushing them up enough? Thanks for taking the time to look. cheers Tom IMG_0091.mov
  12. I messaged ya yesterday when ya add was fairly new, but then the website went Pete Tong and I've had no reply since tbh!
  13. Yep, I thought it was just me as I'm new here.
  14. I very nearly made an offer on it too.
  15. At least when I've seen similar camo stuff on the field, it tends to be very plasticky and weirdly sticks out more. Honestly scrim netting and some jjute gets you most of the way. Just gotta break up the outline.
  16. VFC tends to do either licensed releases, or unlicensed. When they do licensed releases, like an official KAC L403A1 replica, they tend to make sure everything is above board. They get the rights to MLOK via KAC, for example, as they're reproducing KAC's design that in turn includes Magpul's MLOK IP. When VFC wants to do something completely unlicensed, they go to one of their shell companies, like Maruyama, APFG, or Star Arms. That way they can do B&T or Sig products without incurring the relevant costs or design oversight. For example, VFC P320s via Stark Arms or Parabellum run much better overall than the officially licensed Sigair P320s because Sig demanded they be designed for CO2 first and foremost as military/law enforcement training aids and Airsoft toys distant second. Generally KAC is not gunna want its officially licensed replica to have stolen IP from other companies, so you tend to get basic A2 grips and the like on them. Overall it tends to be pretty all-or-nothing in terms of replicas. That's before you get into companies that just hold licenses and outsource to companies like VFC, such as Umarex or Cybergun.
  17. 2 elastic bands and a strip of scrim scarf or hessian works for me
  18. Have you tried turning it off and on again?
  19. bought from the forum a S&T Japanese Type 64 rifle to go along with my Type 89's. Just waiting for TM to get around to releasing a Type 20.
  20. Agree, bundle by platform type, with an all in price, tip each bundle out on to a white sheet for a couple of decent spread out pics of each bundle, & post a separate thread for each platform/bundle. Be prepared for questions, & offers on individual items, but then you can use a photo editor to cross out anything you split, adjusting the price accordingly. & don't forget rule 5 😱 Good luck PS. Sorry to hear about your health issues, there's a few of us on here in a similar situation, just keep your chin up & remember there's always a way to keep pew pewing, just gotta be prepared to adapt your mindset & style of play sometimes. 🍻
  21. @Tommikka - Thanks for providing this information, that's really helpful. Unfortunately I am on the East side of the country. Do you know any good shops around there? I went down to airsoftzone but they didn't have any BunkerKings.
  22. Spent the afternoon rebuilding my Cyma SVD to see if I could get its FPS consistent. Shooting 319 fps on a .3g BB with 2 fps variation on average through 50 shots so quite happy with it now. However as I'm now a super sneaky sniper an all black rifle wasn't going to cut it. Just need an idea on how to cover the PSO-1 so it blends in with nature more without permanent modification as it gets moved around a bit 🤔 I was thinking this: https://www.empireairsoft.co.uk/classic-sniper-rifle-3d-camo-cover.html?id=269271424 as it's in ATACS FG but no idea if it would fit my SVD?!
  23. There's bound to be stuff in each box to interest people, my suggestion would be to split the boxes up into smaller bundles by type (AK, AR etc) as you've already done & be realistic with your pricing. Try and display each bundle in the pics so the items are easily seen by buyers, you'll prob get messages for bit's n bob's so be prepared to sell off individual items & recalculate your price as things sell. Is there anyone you can rely on to take bundles to game days to sell? a captive audience of airsofters are more likely to offer £10 here & £10 there just to get one item out of a smaller bundle. Good luck.
  24. It's utter insanity but apparently there is at least one real one out there that exists. You wouldn't can't me firing it though
  25. Naturally, but neither do E&C or the many chinese airsoft brands that knock-off magpul; becuase nobody has the license since PTS lost it (unless something changed recently?). Possibly they have a US based arm and hence actually care about litigation.
