The TR4-18 rifle by G&G is part of their Top Tech series - meaning the highest class and highest quality materials go into its production. It is made of metal, steel and polymer. All parts are aligned very well together and the rifle feels solid in the hands. The metal parts include the receiver, outer barrel, Buffer Tube, flash hider, RIS rails and the majority of small elements. Polymer parts are the pistol grip and stock. The replica features an adjustable stock with plenty of space for batteries. The original iron sights are included in the package. The TR4-18 features a RIS 20mm mounting rail on the top of the receiver as well as on the entire length of the handguard. This allows the attachment of various tactical accessories: flashlights, grips, red dot sights and scopes. The rifle also features a Top Tech V2 gearbox with 8mm bearings and equipped with a brass cylinder head as well as an aluminum piston head, which allows for achieving very smooth operation out of the box. The rifle has been modified to use a Deans connector for the battery (as shown in photo 4). The rifle is used but in good overall condition, with only minor signs of general wear and tear. Comes in original box. this is what is left of a donor gun I used for parts It would be good for someone wanting to convert to a more classical fixed stock with old school handguard the previous owner had done some extremely suspect mods so be aware! the upper has the dust cover fixed in place, the bolt rods and spring are not present so the cocking lever will not do anything. the lower has no working bolt release and the mag release appears to be adapted. internally parts have been grinded away (in image) the rear assembly appears to be in good shape, the selector moves crisply and the stock appears fine comes with the screws and fittings, inc the cool flash hider. hopefully this will be of use to someone postage + £5, Paypal only Cheers£50

It's a very impressive wall hanger anyway. Also seemingly I was wrong and Classic Army made an attempt at a MSG-90 in the past. The G3 doesn't get enough love, would agree with you. Quite a few of the battle rifles deserve better airsoft equivalents.

One day i'll get round to actually getting it running right. For now it's a wall-hanger. I think the MSG-90's just a bit too obscure. There's not enough G3 variant out there. I'd love an NGRS G3K.

Ooh! A 74K!!!!!!! That would be a nice addition to my NVA collection. The only aspect of these that concerns me is the pistol grip, which they appear to have recreated accurately; if that is the case, it might be that only their slim motors will fit.
