The two i have choosing are :- Condor Modular Operator Plate Carrier https://www.evike.com/products/29610/ or Condor EXO Plate Carrier Gen. Given the choice I'd get the Exo being as it's the newer version BUT I'd say try looking at slightly less bulky carriers like their Vanquish series or the Gunner carrier. The old school styled ones are rather sweaty (unless you're after a specific look).

It's a nice one and you won't get hot but still have plenty of support and options for mounting kit. Add the slim battle belt Condor make and you're good to go. Perfect for airsoft IMHO. ? Or go with what you like.
