emilianoksa
Love the look of this stuff: https://sg.carousell.com/p/tactical-chest-rig-russian-smersh-ak-sso-135899709/
AshOnSnow
Don’t know why but it looks like high weight:storage ratio
Wo1f
I agree. Nothing is quick accessible. Everything is low and to the rear.
emilianoksa
True. But it looks good, dunnit? Or maybe not. The mags are still accessible but I thought Russians preferred to carry them on the chest. Maybe it's just a Smersh thing, and designed for a particular type of role. I take your point though that all that weight at the sides and back isn't going to aid balance. The stuff on the back is too low to be comfortable. Albiscuit
I do like the look, not too practical for a skirmish though. For me practicality and comfort outweigh everything else
Supporters Rogerborg Posted March 23, 2018 Supporters Share Posted March 23, 2018 In Soviet Russia, bags saddle you. It does have a sort of rugged retro-look to it, i.e. from before militaries actually figured out load carrying and access. Maybe not that practical, but I can see the appeal.
