  1. Absolutely Monkee man! The basics! "Why things are seen?" Shape, Shine, Shadow, Silhouette, Spacing and MOVEMENT! Doesn't say camo in there. I heard a bunch of the opposition guys gas bagging while advancing up a track last Sunday, I got on me belt buckle, let me walk past me and the shot them all in the back! Most satisfying! Use the ground, use the cover, watch out for your background and where the opposition can see you from, it almost makes the choice of camo irrelevant, more of a fashion statement or whatever you like?
  2. Wow! Bloody good effort mate! I thought this was the rel deal! well done! I think this is a great load out and a great look, as they say, imitation is the most sincere from of flattery. I would only call someone a Walt if they were trying to make out they were actually something they're not, if you're just doing it because you like the look, or as a tribute, then fair play to you for all the effort! Otherwise, we have fair too many Navy SEALs over here having fun at airsoft sites and not killing bad guys!! Good work fella!
  3. I may be up there next weekend too! I got proper hooked the first time i was there! especially on the electronic CQB lane!!
  4. Played at UCAP Sandpit on Sunday, first time at the site, thoroughly impressed with the site, it's size, it's facilities and game area, friendly and organised staff, great players on both sides, good sense of humour, generally! (Just the usual odd bit of "no hit taking" and some tube covering up his armband and "sneaking" in to the re-spawn area!). Aching like the old man I am now and will definitely be back! Cheers UCAP and all who played there!
  5. Aching but happy, Cheers Sandpit!!

That site is really good apparently. I like desert warfare and it's the only one in England. As I live close, I could play.

Lord metile come along mate team up with us when we meet there

  6. Being pretty new to all this, I can see and agree with both prevailing points of view, it is unacceptable and very dangerous, but also, it happens and it's not worth crucifixion or castration! Perhaps, in an ideal world, all this would take would be the swift intervention of a marshal to "kill" the offender, ideally, immediately and send him back to re-spawn? From what I've seen so far at sites, in my limited experience, if Marshals stepped in quickly, with a consistent line on the rules and variances, it would stamp out this quicker and get us all back to doing what we all enjoy doing quicker? To be fair to the Marshals, it is a difficult job, a bit like reffing a football match,,,,where the players all have guns!
  7. UCAP Sandpit tomorrow!!! hell yeah!!

  8. No idea what its worth mate, but looking verrrry cool! Lovin' the Cav Patch btw!
  9. Nice! Just click on it to make it big! So the nice internet lady keeps telling me!!! lol
  10. North Korean Airsoft Champions, "Team Mutley" could never get away with not declaring their hits, the opposition loved the metalic ping of good effect on target!!
  11. Lovin' the loadout Mack what's the details of your primary and side arm? and your plate carrier
  12. Here's a secret snap of a unit from 314 MMRU(BLD)
  13. Ahhhh the RAF Regiment..... A picture paints a 1000 words.....
  14. Now I have visions of them stagging on at Buck Palace or a Guard of Honour at someone's wedding!!! Lol Imagine their Mess Dress??!! Lol Well at least they'd beat the Royal Marines at their naked bar competitions?! Lol It's also worth bearing in mind that all ceremonial dress and accoutrements worn by the British military have, at some point in history been worn in battle With the obvious exception of the RAF Regiment, because battling in the Naafi doesnt count!!
  15. Awesome! Just as long as any "team" members don't have to gear up in the unit load out and get their game on?! That would really fecking hurt!! lol
  16. Having worn Mk 4s (yes, I'm that old!), Mk6s and crew guards, the Emmerson one I bought is as comfy as a cycle helmet, has air holes to allow some circulation and brings you closer to your diety, because every time a BB pings off your head you'll be thanking him like a MoFo!! I got the FAST PJ advanced on Evike for $56, I'm a size 60cm and it is snug on me, snug but comfortable. I guess too amny holes/too much circulation and you'll just get shot in the head all the time?!
  17. Gleaming!!! PMSL!!! but you must incorporate the No2 Dress tie, used to wear such and item, the respirator and his underwater fighting knife!
  18. Just bought myself some mesh goggles, last night running around in the Bunker, the "fog" of war became too much to bear! And now i want biscuits! All of them!!! But especially chocolate hobnobs! The Royal Marine of biscuits! cuz if you show it your brew, (sorry wet!) half of its gone in one go!!
  19. I think Steel helmets for everyone in airsoft could only improve the game!! Just imagine the satisfying ping as you double tap someone in the head?! No need to call that one mate!!
  20. Awesome! we used to have an old fashioned crew guard in the Recce in Germany, painted pink, with appropriate markings on for the biggest D*ck of the Day on Gunnery camp! Oh how we laughed! Unless you were wearing it!
  21. Don't they do a purple one!!!??? It could be a team name?!!
  22. I admire your courage! just don't be surprised when your back doors are "breach, bang, cleared" by a guy in mess tins and a resi, covered in olive oil and with his eyes streaming from freebasing screech, to discuss copyright issues with you with his underwater knife!!
  23. And that they prepare for battle by snorting raw screech powder!
  24. They are the true elite of the elite, the course is harder than the hardest in the Army! And that's the Army Chef's course! Because no one has passed that in 300 years!!! I believe their standard load out is mess tins slung, respirators and not much else! Normally held together with a No2 Dress tie! I understand it dates from the Spartan custom of charging stark naked at the bad guys! The mess tins are an obvious piece of armour for your gentleman bits and the resi is all about opsec and looking cool!! You could go full retard and cover yourself in olive oil?! While this has obvious real world applications (ain't no one gonna lay a hand on a naked oiled man in mess tins and a gas mask!!) it would only really appeal to the truly dedicated Milsim or those that wish to avoid knife kills, or anybody coming within a grid square of them in the safe area!!
