Your attitude is spot on both with regards to MED and bang rule

I'm a true believer in that if you have a problem getting hit point blank (single shot) then you should stick to posing with airsoft guns instead of playing with them. If you are a bit of a jitterish person than cqb is defo not for you. Strangely when I play airsoft I do see a lot of people who hang back a bit away from the front line/entry team on doorways obviously afraid of getting lit up. These people tend to have masses of protective gear on and still worry. The strange thing is, if you let a mate shoot a couple of times point blank it will hurt but then you get over that fear. You will enjoy airsoft ten times more after that with your new found bravery and freedom.
Getting hit point blank at airsoft should be as expected and enjoyed as much as getting wet going swimming or getting muddy playing football. We need to take the 'soft' out of airsoft lol

Avalon(VFC) Bravo Company gat all nice n' lightweight. I've had guns with far shorter barrels and handguards weigh far more than this thing does now, super fast and easy to point.

    .
Now thats most likely down to the vest not the lack of MOLLE. As is the case with many rigs, even MOLLE, you need one that suits you and if you don't no amount of MOLLE will help that
I have also tended to note that people will usually put the pouches on a MOLLE rig basically in the same place as non-MOLLE rigs but with little change.. for instance I be the location of mag pouches on a low profile chest rig will most likely be the same as they are on my M83 chest rig. Pouches on my MOLLE belt rig are basically in the same places as they would be on PLCE

As said thats the point of this thread

One point I feel hasn't be pointed out yet is that fact non MOLLE rigs do tend to be lighter and have a lower profile as you don't have the layer of material used the attach items.

However, for plate carriers I would probably suggest MOLLE, especially if they're being issued as you don't need to provide different carriers for different roles

either that or they're aiming by looking down the side of their barrel and walking their BBs onto the target, not nearly as effective as just zeroing your sights and aiming properly.

Some of you know how passionate I am about the VCRA, so I was shocked to find these in one of their stores today:

I've already prepared this news story for publication in the Daily Mail:

Morrisons Super Black Market - by Victorya Ukipy

The well known UK supermarket 'Morrisons' has introduced a new line: deadly firearms for children. For just £3 our reporter was able to purchase these two replica firearms. The guns are exact models of the powerful Glock 19mm that is used by police armed response teams and the MP5 assault rifle machine gun that was famously used by Osama bin Laden. Most shockingly of all our reporter was not even asked for a UKARA license to purchase these guns, which is a legal requirement in the UK. Outside he asked one of the Morrisons employees to explain how this was the case, however the employee failed to answer questions such as: 'don't you think there's a risk that kids might fill these with acid and shoot each other? Or that they might fill them with petrol and then fire them into the engines of cars that are only supposed to be filled with diesel?' The employee's comment was simply: "I don't know mate, I just get paid to push the trolleys." Well, as our investigation has shown, that's not all they're pushing. They're also pushing death on our kids. They may also have something to do with the rise in illegal immigration. Our investigation continues.

Their night games are on the filmsim spectrum or maybe soft milsim,
medic rules apply ( bleed out times are quite strict, if hit you remain in your position calling for a medic for a set length of time, normally bleed out 5 or 10 mins, then you return to your base and wait for a 4 man squad to form before returning to the game),
    there are ammo limits,
    a vague back story,
teams denoted by colour typically green vs tan (with DPM and DDPM so cheap in surplus shops and colour of rigs are irrelevant so its pretty much open to anyone)
rolling objectives although occasionally they have short breaks so it ends up being a series of play pause play etc.

The risk of loosing your life and the penalty that is likely to incur tends to make people play smart rather than super aggressive.

I find there is far less aggression and cheating. You are probably paying more money to play the game, you have probably prepared for it for a significant amount of time perfecting kit choices and fettling with kit so you are showing much more commitment to the whole concept. You will be in a smaller group than your average skirmish and everyone pretty much is in the same boat so cheating is not tolerated at all.

You can get a G&G Top Tech Gen 3 for cheaper than that CAA, and they're a trusted brand. I've browsed guns and been a regular skirmisher for almost 2 years now and I've never heard of CAA.

If the stock, handguard and pistol grip are the attraction, I guarantee you that you can get them and a G&G Intermediate or Combat Machine M4 for cheaper than £299- which is pretty ridiculous for an M4 that isn't a G&P or TM.

+ the only AR-15 pattern weapon any UK force use is the LMT LM308MWS (British Army designation L129A1), and it's 7.62mm- plus you'd be looking at a fair price to get an SR-25 AEG looking anything like the L129A1 and performing like a DMR.

I wouldn't see anyone complaining over it. The most it will do is make it under limit by a couple percent, however all of the tone would most likely be visible anyway.

There's not much chance the police would take interest anyway, as long as you don't go waving it around in the open.

Camo tape should work fine for now then. Google it: there's plenty of different camouflage patterns to choose from.

From my understanding, as long as you're over 18 and can prove you're a member of a UKARA site, you're fine to do that. If you can't do that however, you might want to look into camo tape as a temporary solution.

EDIT: If your parents have a UKARA membership, they can turn your IF into a RIF.

The dude was behind him, weapon aimed, with enough time to make a decision and call out... Whether he got there on purpose or by accident makes no difference. He did the reasonable thing and then got shot for it... I don't think that's on at all... I think its a pretty off call...

The med is there as a safety feature, not an excuse to dodge hits... The op was in another guys sights. You're either hit via a bb or a statement... But you're definitely hit...

You don't want to be buying any cheap gun from a 'bb guns' website.
If they do sell more expensive guns, they are usually over priced anyway compared to other retailers.

You're better off saving up for another gun which is much better quality and buying from a proper airsoft website such as Pro Airsoft Supplies, Zero One, Airsoft World, Patrol Base, Fire Support or Land Warrior Airsoft.
