right ordered the case, nzxt h440, so I will build next week, I have everything but an SSD which I might get next week, or if i don't another time

I might be getting £70 on top of my phone selling, which hoepfully means I can buy an SSD with the money. I have to buy a desk as well but I have found one for £20, so that means about 50 quid, however I may be able to conjure up 10 quid off of my dad meaning i will be able to buy the samsung. If not i will stick with the corsair ssd for about 50 quid

yeah i had a 2600 7.4, seemed to remember a whole day of skirmishing would bring voltage from 8.4 - 7.8. literally could use it for weeks without charging (although probably not too healthy for the lipo obviously)

the problem is I don't have the money, I would go for an SSD straight away but I still have to buy the case tomorrow when my phone sells, and at the moment the budget isn't allowing it, I can live with slow boot times, you have to understand i have lived with them for 5+ years and I have never had a 50fps framerate lol, I am going to buy this pc now sorry for my ignorance it's just i want to buy it and I won't be able to afford the case with an ssd

ok right, I am so stupid. Basically i forgot amazon didn't take paypal, so it means spending like £20 more from everywhere else. I know it sounds stupid but that is the difference between the 1tb drive and an ssd, so I have to go with the 1tb drive buying it all now

ok, so the best 120gb ssd for the money? I was told to stay clear of the kingston ones, because they are now getting slower than hdd times because they started changing the parts to cheaper materials which has ruined the performance...

you have a point, how much more effective is an ssd?

all sorts of things, + pictures. I just like the comfort of knowing i will have 1tb of storage instead of just 120gb...

yeah thats the problem I have. I do a ton of school work on my computer, and so thats why I need over 120gb. I'm not fussed with waiting like 1 month for an ssd just for load times. Ordering all the parts now except for the case, will order that tomorrow

hmm, I guess i should be fine on the OS side of things. I don't mind about having to mess around later, however i just want to build a pc now in the half term so I am gonig to go without an ssd i think for now and buy one next month,

i thought ics was quite good. from what i have used i think they are workhorses, or at least good quality.

ok, so this is the deal. I have windows, however it might have expired, idk my mate said he would lend me a copy, if not then I will use linux. As for my budget, as of now £850-880 max, but i want to build the pc in half term. I will get an SSD in the next month, but not now. I really like this build, + the colour is nice. I know it sounds stupid but IDK, i love colour co-ordinated builds. Is there anything I can improve on?
