Available new for £393 at Fire Support don't care what 'upgrades' it has had nearly £100 on top for a used gun is silly.

Given my penchant for everything Cold War related, I have a small collection of Vostock Kommandirskie Amphibias from the old Soviet Union. Really nicely put together winding watches. One white letters on black face the other black on white, nice big red star on them. They are fairly collectable as well but won't break the bank. One below is similar but mine hasnt got the date on it.

Shamefully (as an ex civvy copper) I can relate to the Police attitude. Ultimately, the police very often view this kind of fraud as coming under 'caveat emptor' and therefore a civil matter. Now, unless you have lots of documentary evidence you arent going to get very far with a theft claim.

Ahh stolen kit. Nice to see you handling stolen goods.....Sorry, this is a bete noire of mine. Mk7s and all body armour plates are still on the restricted list and should not be sold. In any event, issued kit is still the property of the MOD and selling it by a private individual is theft. Ergo, unless you have purchased this from a reputable source that had permission to sell it you have broken the law on two counts I doubt anyone will ever bother to do anything about it but there you go - information is power.
