Accidentally bought a pistol from there, sent multiple emails to cancel ASAP with a lot of prior time: "

You can withdraw the Order by telling us before the Contract is made, if you simply wish to change your mind and without giving us a reason, and without incurring any liability."

They don't listen or reply and send it off anyway. I dispute on paypal for a return in exchange for full refund, no response for over a week. Escalate to paypal, 2-3 weeks no response from them, so I got my money back and a free pistol 😕 

awaits them asking for the pistol back lol.

You only need to give a company 14 days to arange collection, The company has to pay for that collection and it should not inconvenience you.

You need to be able to prove you sent a written deadline, so the Email has to be worded correctly.

After the deadline expires, it is your responsibility to dispose of the item.


I had a £200 fishing box delivered 2 years ago, Then 2 months later they sent me a duplicate. I gave them 14 days to collect, in an email, I got a response, They failed to collect. The fishing box after that point was legally mine. And I've not heard anything back from them about it... I've even ordered from them since.
